Chaim starts the video by talking about the ground incursion into Lebanon by the IDF to push Hezbollah away from the border. He mentions that the Lebanese National Army has withdrawn, getting out of the IDF’s way because they want Hezbollah gone too.
He reminds his viewers that the battle continues in the Gaza Strip, in Judea and Samaria and in the Red Sea against the Houthis in Yemen. But the main event right now is in Lebanon, and Chaim says that the IDF went straight in through the minefields and other defenses Hezbollah set up near the border. He thought maybe they’d parachute in and come from behind or be inserted by sea perhaps, but that’s not what the IDF high command decided to do. So Chaim asks his viewers to pray over the soldiers who are taking part in these raids along the border to clear out Hezbollah rockets, tunnels, and all the rest of the threats they’ve set up there.
Chaim also mentions the air strikes that have taken out key Hezbollah personnel in Beirut and also in Damascus, where the supply routes of weapons from Iran (and Russia) to Hezbollah are coming in. Chaim says that many of the communities in northern Israel have become closed to civilians and many more civilians in communities further south have been forced to spend most of their time in bomb shelters because there are so many rockets coming in.
Chaim says this is “more real than real” and he rhetorically asks where it could all be going.
He says that the very next evening will be the beginning of Rosh Hashanah and he invites his viewers to join the Aliyah Return Center in an online event to celebrate this festival of the Lord. He says the blowing of the Shofar is meant to be a signal for the people to gather, for war or to mark an important event such as the crowning of a king.
He concludes by quoting Isaiah 49: 24-26; Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives [a]of the righteous be delivered? But thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children. I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh, and they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. All flesh shall know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
