Chaim starts out with a gag about the Ark of the Covenant before moving on to some commentary about how it’s the beginning of Succot, which is a time when joy is COMMANDED by the Bible, and it’s a time of ingathering. In ancient times it was a time of ingathering the harvest and in modern time its significant in the narrative of ingathering the exiles.
He then says that Hezbollah is relentlessly firing rockets, missiles and UAV’s into the Galilee but the IDF is hitting back. In this context, he requests that if any donors out there want to send his unit a thermal drone he can use it. He mentions some other fun traditions that are associated with Succot and then he asks his viewers to keep standing with and praying for Israel.
