Day 387 Swords of Iron – “Israel remains undefeated”

Chaim starts the video by explaining that according to the Hebrew calendar, which is lunar, this is the day to commemorate the massacres of October 7th, 2023.

He says that it’s difficult to process what happened that day, partially because so many things continue to happen. In this context he mentions a terrorist attack that occurred just on Sunday, when a truck rammed into a bus stop in northern Tel Aviv, wounding dozens of people, some of whom succumbed to their wounds.

He also mentions the Israeli air strikes on Iran, which he explains involved 100 Israeli aircraft hitting targets including Iran’s air-defense network, ballistic missile factories and a drone factory.

Chaim says that this strike was not too big, or too small. It was meant to send a message and also do real damage to Iran’s geostrategic position in the world and their ability to threaten Israel. He also mentions the reports that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is very sick, and that the economic damage that’s been done to Iran with these strikes is also quite significant.

Chaim says that although we are mourning on this day, and we don’t forget that there are still Israeli hostages in Gaza, we are also happy to see our most dangerous enemy knocked back a few pegs.

Chaim says that it’s miraculous that Israel has been able to beat back the threat from so many enemies on so many fronts all at once. He says it’s obvious that God is helping Israel and in this context he quotes Psalms 20:7-8; Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; but we have risen and stand upright.

He also quotes II Samuel 22:2; And he said: “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer”

Chaim concludes by saying that trees must be planted in remembrance of all those who have died so that Israel might continue living. He thanks supporters who have sent financial assistance to his unit so they can buy thermal drones they need to help do the job they have to do and for the beef jerkey and other gifts that have been sent. He also thanks them for their prayers and support for his unit and him personally and he says that if they believe they would have helped Jewish people during the Holocaust, they can help Jewish people right now during a very difficult time. He gives the PO Box address of the Aliyah Return Center in Tiberius and says things can continue to be sent to that address.
