Chaim starts by saying that these are very difficult times for Israelis, including because of all the emotional and psychological trauma we’re going through in this war. He asks his viewers to be in prayer for these issues because psychologists are talking about millions of Israelis suffering from PTSD and other conditions.
One of the things causing trauma is the games Hamas is playing in relation to releasing the hostages. Over the last few days, the remains of Shiri, Kfir and Ariel Bibas were returned, but there was a mix up with Shiri’s remains which resulted in a delay. Then the forensic examination of the remains confirmed that all three of them were murdered in captivity shortly after being kidnapped. The babies were strangled to death by someone, and then they were mutilated with rocks and other debris to make it appear that they’d died in an airstrike.
Chaim also mentions a meeting called by Saudi Arabia of regional leaders for March 4th to try and come up with an alternative to the plan put forth by US President Trump for the future of Gaza.
However, there are still attempts being made to smuggle weapons and ammunition to Hamas, and Hamas is continuing to try and launch terror attacks. This includes an attempt to carry out a mega attack on buses in Bat Yam and Holon on Thursday evening. The bombs were set to go off in the evening instead of the morning as was planned, and some of them did go off but it was after the buses had been evacuated and parked. So there were no casualtuies. But it could have been really bad.
Chaim also mentions that there are voices beginning to be heard, even in the Arab world, saying that we’re at a tipping point whether we will see the world fall into chaos fueled by jihadist fundamentalism. A Jordanian politician even spoke out recently saying it’s time for the Gazan “refugees” to be allowed to move to Jordan or elsewhere and the mess there cleaned up, because it’s impossible to live there as it is now.
Chaim concludes by saying that Israelis are very angry about the situation and we want it resolved. In this context, he quotes Isaiah 66:24; “And they shall go forth and look upon the corpses of the men who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, and their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”
He also quotes Deuteronomy 30:7-8; “Also the Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you. And you will again obey the voice of the Lord and do all His commandments which I command you today.
