Chaim starts by talking about the search of Hamas’s tunnel network dug under the grounds of the European Hospital in Khan Yunis, which have yeilded a large quantity of intelligence and equipment formally owned by Hamas, meant to be used against Israel. In addition of course, the remains of Muhammad Sinwar and many other Hamas leaders were also found in these tunnels. Chaim says it’s a very good thing that they were eliminated and the weapons and equipment in these tunnels are no longer available to Hamas for them to carry out attacks against Israelis.
Chaim also pays respects to some of his comrades from the Yahlom Unit for Special Missions and two other soldiers from the Maglan Commando unit who were recently killed in action in Gaza. Chaim briefly describes the circumstances in which these men died and adds that 8 soldiers have been killed in action just in the last week, bringing the total to 424 since the war began. Chaim says it’s a reminder to everyone that you’ve got to be very careful, always keep your eyes and ears open and never let your guard down even for a moment in these difficult combat situations.
Next he mentions that Hamas has broadcast an image of Matan Zangauker, saying that he’s being held in an area that the IDF is operating and saying that if the IDF doesn’t back off, they’ll murder this hostage and it’ll be Israel’s fault that he’s dead.
Chaim points out the savage twisting of the truth that this represents. But as bad as it is that Hamas is puting out these absurdly false narratives, what’s even worse is that many people who should know better are mindlessly repeating them. Chaim asks his viewers to have wisdom in this area.
He concludes by quoting Amos 9:15; I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them,” Says the Lord your God.
