(Day 633) Swords of Iron – “Do we need to clarify what victory means?”

Chaim starts by talking about the first two Iranian barrages of ballistic missiles that were fired at Israel in April of 2024 and then again in October of 2024. He says that the third round was the most destructive and adds “there BETTER NOT be a fourth time!”

He adds that he is very much in favor of Israel striking Iran again if they attempt to re-start their nuclear weapons program, and he also says that it’s outrageous the way the regime is cracking down on Iran’s tiny Jewish community, reportedly arresting over 700 people and executing several.

In this context, Chaim points out that anti-Semitism is off “off the charts all over the world” including in Gaza, where the IDF is hard at work seizing Hamas weapons, destroying tunnels and other terror infrastructure and otherwise shutting Hamas down.

But the IDF is also hard at work in Syria, throughout Judea and Samaria and even in Lebanon, taking care of business and making the region safe for everyone, including millions of Arabs whose own governments couldn’t care less about them.

Speaking of which, Hamas is refusing to be reasonable, or even serious, in it’s continued maximalist demands for what they want in return for the remaining Israeli hostages. But leaving them aside, there is a growing sense that the Abraham Accords are about to be expanded, There are serious efforts being made in this regard and Chaim says there will probably be more news to report about this in the very near future.

He then starts to talk about parenting, and how so much of what we see in the world is down to bad parenting. He says that what we teach our children is what they’re probably going to teach their children, and so on.

He gives some examples of the anti-Semitic and murderous slogans chanted at demonstrations worldwide and he says that if you teach your children to chant along with them, you’re part of the reason the world has gotten so dark and dysfunctional. But if you’re teaching your children the right things, you’re part of the reason there’s still some hope in this world.

In this context, he quotes Psalms 44:5-7; Through You we will push back our adversaries;

Through Your name we will trample down those who rise up against us. For I will not trust in my bow, nor will my sword save me. But You have saved us from our adversaries, and You have put to shame those who hate us.

He ends the video with an appeal to his viewers to help establish the Lighthouse, a new headquarters for the Aliyah Return Center in the Galilee.
