(Day 838) Swords of Iron – “Call A Spade A Spade”

Dismantling terrorist infrastructure isn’t as easy as we can make it look sometimes. Troops from the Kfir Brigade, operating under the command of the Gaza Division, are conducting operations east of the yellow line to dismantle terrorist infrastructure. Alongside them, the Yahalom unit is locating, dismantling, and destroying tunnels. Just recently, a tunnel about a kilometer long was blown up to keep this country safe.

We’ve been at this for a long time. Before destroying a tunnel, it is carefully scanned. Inside, forces have found weapons and hideouts used by Hamas terrorists. Those assets will never be used again. They’re finished.

People don’t always understand that these actions protect not only our soldiers, but also Americans and others who may be part of this proposed board of peace. Anyone involved will have to move through dangerous areas, and these operations are protecting them as well.

People should also pay attention to what Trump just signed. He officially signed the charter creating the Board of Peace. However, I noticed there weren’t clear Israeli representatives on that board, which is a bit concerning. We don’t want any kind of instability or “funny business” happening in our own backyard.

Trump said that within two to three days, disarmament should begin, and that within two to three weeks, if it doesn’t happen, destruction will come quickly. That’s what he says needs to happen, and it’s pretty straightforward.

Egypt announced it is joining the Board of Peace, saying it stands with the people of Iran against tyranny. I love seeing that. Dictatorship and tyranny should not win anywhere. I also heard that Turkey and Russia have joined the board as well. Members are expected to commit to at least 30 days, and Trump has said each country should contribute $1 billion. Whether all of this will actually happen remains to be seen.

What truly pains my heart are the numbers coming out of Iran—protesters who dared to stand up against tyranny. Some estimates say more than 20,000 may have been killed. The exact number is unclear, but the suffering is real.

The cavalry has arrived. We told you they were on the way. The USS Abraham Lincoln battle group has arrived in the Arabian Sea, a powerful presence off the coast of Iran. It’s a clear signal that the good guys are saying, “Enough is enough.”
