(Day 853) Swords of Iron – “On The Brink”

We just have to keep pushing forward, keep on keeping on if you know what I mean.

The Iranian terror proxy group Hezbollah still continues to try and bring in weapons and launch attacks on us—but we shut it down fast. Bam!

The IDF has been striking enemy military targets across southern Lebanon, including Hezbollah facilities stationed in civilian areas like Ein Qana.

Israel has demanded that Hezbollah leave those areas for the sake of the civilians there.

Iran claims it has a missile capable of striking Israel in 12 minutes—no time to waste. The Kora Mashar 4 missile, with speeds up to 16 times the speed of sound, has reportedly been deployed in underground facilities. It has a range of 2,000 kilometers and a heavy payload.

Iran is clearly escalating its aggression and refuses to engage with the United States on nuclear talks. A meeting intended to discuss removing nuclear weapons was canceled, with Iran reversing earlier agreements on both the agenda and location.

An Axios reporter, Barak Ravid, revealed that the U.S. is urging for new talks before a nuclear disaster, but Iran chose to reject that offer. U.S. Vice President Mike Pence rightly said, “Don’t give crazy people nuclear weapons,” and that’s exactly what’s at stake—apocalyptic jihadists with nukes. It’s a tense time in Israel, but the situation feels different from Iraq or Afghanistan. The Iranian people are overwhelmingly pro-West, pro-America, and pro-Israel—around 95-96%. They will rise up, and the son of the former Shah could lead the change.

Iran is choking financially, especially with the U.S. holding millions of dollars from seized oil tankers. Now, they’re threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz, a critical global energy chokepoint, which has sparked wars in the past. The Iranian Revolutionary Guards recently seized two oil tankers near Far Sea Island, claiming smuggling, and just days ago, Iranian gunboats tried to board an American oil tanker in the region. If they start targeting Western transport, there’s no going back.

Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises up against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and your righteousness is of me, says the Lord.”

No weapon against Israel will prevail. We stand firm.
