Update (Day 886) Swords of Iron-Roaring Lion “Helping”
They said they were destroying Tel Aviv. They said they were destroying this land.
But they lied.
Yes, Israel is a small country, and yes, we are taking hits. Missiles are falling, and people are staying close to their bomb shelters. There is damage in different areas. But Israel is strong, and the people are standing firm.
Right now, something powerful is happening across the country. People are stepping out onto their balconies, waving the blue and white flag—the flag of freedom for Jews and Arabs alike—in appreciation for the incredible work of the Israeli Air Force. Even as sirens sound and missiles fly, the spirit of the people remains unbroken.
And it’s remarkable to watch the interceptions. Just recently, two missiles were engaged—one intercepted and another falling harmlessly into the sea. Time and again, defenses are stopping what was meant to cause devastation.
Meanwhile, the broader conflict continues to unfold. Reports indicate that U.S. forces have struck an Iranian vessel in the Persian Gulf, and Israeli jets have targeted multiple Iranian airfields. The message is clear: those who threaten Israel will face consequences.
The enemy has threatened to escalate, even claiming they will launch larger warheads to devastate the country. But Israel will not bow. That has never been our way.
Missiles may fall, and destruction may occur, but the nation stands strong. This is a moment when people everywhere must decide where they stand in history.
Stand with Israel.
During a recent visit to one impacted area, I met a man named Daniel—truly a walking miracle.
When the missile struck nearby, the blast was so powerful it tore the roof off his building and shattered windows throughout the neighborhood. Entire blocks were left with blown-out windows and visible damage. Around 500 families were evacuated.
Yet Daniel remained.
He told me he was inside his home when the explosion happened. Everything was flying around him, but somehow he survived. Standing there with him, looking at the damage and the open sky where the roof once was, it was clear how close he had come.
Daniel came to Israel when he was 18 years old. Despite the destruction around him, he spoke calmly and even joked about how he had stayed instead of running to the bomb shelter.
Stories like his remind us that behind every headline are real people—families, neighbors, communities—enduring these attacks.
That’s why we’re doing what we can through our small charity to help those affected. Something as simple as a supermarket voucher can help families buy essential food and supplies during a time when their homes and routines have been disrupted.
In moments like these, even small acts of support matter.
And through it all, the people of Israel remain resilient, courageous, and determined to stand strong.
