Update (Day 887) Swords of Iron-Roaring Lion “Iran Threatens To Strike California”
Right now, a massive barrage of missiles is heading toward the Galilee, where my family lives. Please pray for Israel. The people here are doing everything possible to defend their homes and nation.
Sources say Hezbollah and Iran are preparing to expand their missile attacks tonight, possibly as a final attempt to shift the war. But it will not succeed. They are already losing.
The conflict is widening. Iran-backed groups have been linked to drone attacks on U.S. facilities in Iraq, including a strike near the U.S. diplomatic compound by Baghdad’s airport. Hezbollah continues firing rockets from Lebanon, while tensions grow around the Strait of Hormuz, a vital global oil route. Reports suggest mines may have been placed there, raising fears of broader escalation.
Inside Lebanon, even some officials criticize Hezbollah, yet the group remains armed and embedded in the government. Until Hezbollah is disarmed and removed from southern Lebanon, the threat to Israel will remain.
Israel also continues its fight against Hamas in Gaza, where militants are still believed to be hiding in tunnel networks. Across the region, the message is clear: terrorism cannot be allowed to continue.
There are also signs of resilience. Thousands of Israelis stranded abroad after the war began are finally returning home through repatriation flights and neighboring countries.
The war has taken a heavy toll. U.S. officials say more than 140 American troops have been injured in operations in the region, and lives have been lost in Israel as well, including civilians and foreign workers caught in the violence.
Meanwhile, the Iranian regime continues issuing threats, claiming it is ready for a long war. Yet Israeli and American leaders say progress is happening faster than expected.
Around the world, tensions have also sparked acts of antisemitic violence targeting Jewish communities.
These are difficult days, but the call remains the same: stand strong, stand together, and refuse to surrender to terror.
As Isaiah 43 says: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.”
