Update (Day 897) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Beirut Next”
I know it’s raining. I know it’s cold. I know missiles are reaching even Jerusalem, our undivided capital. It shakes you. It makes you realize: we must win. Free people must stand together. This is a tipping point—bigger than Israel, bigger than Israel and America. This is about the free world. This is our moment.
We will win. We have a saying, “the Eternal People are not afraid of a long journey”—and it has been long. And there is still a long road ahead. There are talks of a disarmament plan, and even claims that Hamas is considering it. I don’t believe them. They regroup and rearm. But if their backers in Iran fall—if the IRGC’s missile stockpiles and the regime itself are dismantled—perhaps the reality will change. Perhaps Gaza, our northern border, and even Syria could see a different future. I hope so.
Right now, we are fighting on all fronts. Our air force has struck targets deep inside Iran. Heavy fighting continues in southern Lebanon against elite Radwan forces. They were supposed to remain beyond the Litani River under international agreements—but they ignored them, just as Iran has long deceived the world about its nuclear ambitions.
We cannot rely on empty promises or failed enforcement. Hezbollah is embedded within Lebanon’s system, and the Lebanese army has not removed them. If this continues, the war could reach Beirut. The same urgency applies in Iran, where key military and intelligence sites are being targeted.
At the same time, Iran is escalating. They are launching missiles toward distant targets, demonstrating practical ranges of thousands of kilometers—putting much of Europe within reach. They threaten global shipping routes and continue pursuing advanced nuclear missile capabilities that could extend even further. These are not theoretical risks. They are real and growing.
Still, we are not afraid.
I think of Gideon in Judges 7:20. Outnumbered, he told his men, “Follow my lead!” They stood firm, broke their jars, raised their torches, and cried, “The sword of the Lord and of Gideon!” And they prevailed.
That same spirit is with us now. Stand strong. Hold your ground. Follow the lead.
“The Sword of the Lord and of Gideon!”
“The Sword of the Lord and of Israel and America!”
