Update (Day 913) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “4 Jews Killed”

As war rages and missiles continue to bombard this Holy Land, we, as soldiers and part of Israel’s executive branch, uphold the social contract with our citizens. We are doing everything we can to protect residents in the north. They don’t deserve missiles over their heads, their kindergartens, or schools—they deserve peace.

The IDF’s 91st Division is performing exceptionally in close-quarters combat within Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, encountering RPGs, anti-tank missiles, rockets, sniper rifles, bombs, and other weapons. We will stop this terror—one way or another.

Iran continues its bombardment. Central Israel has suffered 25 projectile impacts in only the past day or so, in Ramat Gan there is extensive damage. In Haifa, a missile struck where interceptors failed, weighing nearly half a ton. Miraculously, it did not detonate, but still caused immense structural damage to a residential building from impact alone. Firefighters battled blazes and checked burning vehicles while Rescue teams searched through the rubble for trapped victims, recovering a few still living but also finding an 82-year-old man who already had been suffering from serious medical conditions, his wife, their son and his partner all deceased.

Living through this is surreal. It feels like a Passover miracle that the missile didn’t explode. As long as Iran targets civilians, it will pay a painful price; its national infrastructure will collapse.

Defense Minister Israel Katz confirms Israel will continue striking terrorist infrastructure. Recent attacks on a southern Iranian petrochemical facility caused an estimated $18 billion in damage, targeting the Revolutionary Guard Corps’ missile production. Support for their proxies worldwide must also end.

Diplomatic efforts, including a 45-day ceasefire negotiation led by the U.S., are ongoing. However, peace means the complete removal of the current Iranian regime, not just a temporary halt in hostilities.

Amid this, rescue dogs are becoming a critical part of our operations. Raised in kibbutzim near the Sea of Galilee, these dogs locate survivors under rubble with precision that sensors cannot match. Every minute counts. We are expanding kennels, food, veterinary care, and training—transforming these dogs into life-saving assets for soldiers, civilians, and disaster response.

This is a time unlike any other. Trauma waves rival what Israel has not seen since the Holocaust. The resilience of our people, alongside these dogs, is vital.

We are seeking to raise the necessary $36,000 to fund this mission—from puppyhood training to deployment, ensuring they are fully equipped to save lives.

As Isaiah 43:2 says: “When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned.”

Today, this is Israel’s reality. Thank you for being part of getting us through this time of intense furnace and into the next season.
