Day 378 Swords of Iron – “You will look for the wicked”

Chaim starts the video by talking about how Yahya Sinwar didn’t die as a glorious martyr, but rather as a murderer, covered in shame.

This raises several questions, such as who will replace Sinwar as the leader of Hamas and whether there will finally be a deal to bring home the remaining Israeli hostages.

Chaim says that every means should be employed to let the people of Gaza know that Sinwar is gone and there’s a chance for them to have a new life and a better future for their children.

Chaim says he hopes that if Khaled Mashaal takes over, he will realize that it’s pointless and futile to continue this war.

Chaim adds that this area where Sinwar met his end is the area where Chaim served in Gaza for over a year. At the time of his death, he had a bunch of cash and a UN passport, which is just another way we can see how badly the UN failed in its tasks.

In any case, Chaim says that he and his comrades tried to find the hostages and Sinwar, but then one day a random shot from a tank took Sinwar out. Chaim says it reminds us of I Kings 22:34, Now a certain man drew a bow at random, and struck the king of Israel between the joints of his armor. So he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around and take me out of the battle, for I am wounded.”

Chaim also mentions the five IDF soldiers who were killed in southern Lebanon over the last few days and the fact that Israel is continuing to be fired at by enemies on all fronts, including the Red Sea resort city of Eilat, as well as all over the Galilee. Chaim says there is a great need to fire back, to push back against this axis of evil led by Iran. They’re trying to push their agenda and Israel and the rest of the free world need to push back.

Chaim says that despite all these attacks and the threats Israel faces, the God of Israel is bringing us through it, just as he always has.

The Aliyah Return Center is doing its part by supporting the IDF troops on the front lines, taking care of internally displaced refugees, continuing to assist with Aliyah, and in many other ways.

Chaim also mentions the debate within the Beleiver community about whether we should be joyful at the death of Sinwar. There are different Bible verses which address this issue, and one even says that we should “rejoice when the evil are no more.”

Chaim says we’re going to continue to see the victory of righteousness over evil and he asks his viewers to take an active part, to not just watch and cheer from the sidelines, but to get into the game.

He concludes by quoting Psalms 118:10-12; All nations surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; But in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. They surrounded me like bees; They were quenched like a fire of thorns; for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

(Day 509) Swords of Iron – “Burying Family”

Chaim starts by talking about how the entire nation of Israel watched the funeral of Shiri Bibas and her sons Ariel and Kfir, who were murdered in cold blood after being kidnapped into the Gaza Strip on October 7th, 2023.

(Day 508) Swords of Iron – “Bibas Lifshitz Funerals”

Chaim starts out by telling his viewers that he is at Kibbutz Nir Oz for the funeral of Oded Lifchitz, whose coffin had already arrived by the time he started filming, and the coffins of Shiri Bibas and her two baby children, Ariel and Kfir, will be coming the next day.

(Day 507) Swords of Iron – “Stamp It Out”

Chaim starts by saying that Hamas fired a rocket at Israel that landed inside the Strip, which is still a violation of the cease-fire agreement. He says that the vile displays of contempt for hostages by Hamas is also a violation and must stop. He then says that Phase B of the ceasefire is proceeding and this will include Hamas leaving Gaza for good.
