Day 452 Swords of Iron – “HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025”

Chaim starts the video by wishing his viewers a happy new year and thanking them for supporting the Aliyah Return Center through the previous year 2024, which was very difficult in Israel for all kinds of reasons.

That included anti-Israel and pro-terrorism rallies on university campuses all over the Western world, as well as ongoing kinetic attacks on the Israeli home front. This continued into the new year with ballistic missile attacks from the Houthis in Yemen, with debris from an intercepted missile falling in Beit Shemesh, just west of Jerusalem, overnight.

Many governments and NGOs around the world are condemning Israel for striking back against these attacks, but Chaim says this will not deter Israel from defending itself.

Chaim then mentions the over 31,000 Jewish people who made Aliyah to Israel from all over the world in 2024, despite the war and the economic difficulties.

There are many more people all over the world who are at different stages of making Aliyah, and Israel in turn is making great contributions to science and technology despite being under fire. This includes improvements in the air defesne technology which have come as a result of being tested under live-fire conditions. In this context, Chaim quotes Zechariah 2:8; For thus says the LORD of hosts: “He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.”

Chaim says that over the last year and three months that he’s been fighting in Gaza and Lebanon, he has seen many examples of the faithfullness of God to keep these promises. He has seen miracles and more happen every single day.

But nonetheless, 2024 was very difficult for Chaim and all the other soldiers of the IDF, as well as the civilian home front in Israel, and Chaim once again asks his viewers to continue standing with Israel during this difficult time which isn’t over yet.

He concludes by praying for his viewers from Numbers 6:24-26; “‘The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”’

(Day 665) Swords of Iron – “Shalom”

Chaim starts by saying “Shabbat Shalom” because he’s filming on Friday evening just before the Sabbath starts. He adds that this is all Israelis want is to live in peace and be left alone and make a positive contribution to the world and the region. But now, alerts have been issued even in countries that Israel has a normalization treaty with such as the UAE, because Iran and Hamas are threatening to carry out a strike against the Israeli diplomats there.

(Day 664) Swords of Iron – “Rewarding terrorism with a state?!”

Chaim starts by saying that he’s filming in a bomb shelter, where millions of Israelis have been spending a lot of time over the past 22 months of this war as tens of thousands of missiles, rockets and drones have been fired at us by Iran and its terrorist proxies. However, after all that, Israelis are now being hit by some more bad news in the form of major Western European countries threatening to recognize a Palestinian State and giving little in the way of justification beyond an apparent belief that Israel deserves to suffer a diplomatic setback as a punishment for its military victories.

(Day 663) Swords of Iron – “Yes? Or No?”

Chaim starts by showing his viewers what it looks like when the air raid sirens are sounding and everyone is running to bomb shelters in Tel Aviv because the Houthis in Yemen have launched a ballistic missile at Israel.

(Day 662) Swords of Iron – “Intense Missions”

Chaim starts by telling his viewers that whatever difficult things they might be going through, Israel is also going through very difficult things and he urges his viewers to stand with Israel through these difficult times.
