Chaim starts by saying he expects things to shift for the better in the Middle East. He expects the hearts and minds of people in Gaza to shift, as there are only three hostages remaining in the Strip and because of coordination between Israel and the US and others, over 800 trucks full of humanitarian aid are going into the Strip every day.

Chaim starts by pointing out that Veterans Day was just marked in the U.S. and he wonders aloud if people really understand what soldiers do and what they sacrifice and endure on battlefields. He then begins to list some of the work the IDF is doing in the current days, including after the ceasefire, finding and demolishing tunnels packed full of weapons and ammunition that Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon intended to use against Israel.

Chaim starts by talking about his encounters with American soldiers who have fought against ISIS, Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups and he says there’s a lot he feels like he has in common with them. Like himself, these soldiers understand that freedom, one’s homeland and family are things that must be fought for or they’ll be lost.

Chaim starts by letting his viewers know he’s filming from the funeral of Har Goldin, whose remains were returned to Israel for a proper burial this past week 11 years after his dead body was kidnapped into a Hamas tunnel during Operation Protective Edge in 2014. Chaim gives a short history lesson about that operation, and subsequent operations that all led up to the Swords of Iron War, which still isn’t over despite the ceasefire. He also talks about the efforts by Goldin’s parents and others to secure the release of his remains so he could receive a proper burial. Chaim says he himself was part of that effort, which included talks with senior officials in Egypt and many other countries and organizations including the Red Cross, various UN agencies, etc.
