(Day 491) Swords of Iron – “Welcome Home Brothers”

Chaim starts the video by talking about how joyful Israelis are to see the return of hostages Or Levy, Eli Sharabi, and Ohad Ben Ami. But this joy is tempered by horror at their starved, emaciated appearances.

Chaim talks about what these hostages learned upon their release about their loved ones who were murdered by Hamas on October 7th. Israeli President Chaim Herzog is calling this a “crime against humanity” and the humiliation that they were forced to endure in the last moments of their captivity, just before being released, just adds another layer to the evil of Hamas.

It’s difficult for all Israelis to watch this all unfold, and it’s made worse by the international media which is reporting on it in such an indifferent and unprofessional way. They are, for instance, referring to the hostages as “prisoners of war” who are being exchanged to “prisoners of war” who are actually terrorists which Israel is being compelled to release from prison.

Chaim also points out the incredible amount of money that Hamas spent on building tunnels just so they could hold hostages and otherwise carry out terrorist attacks against Israel. Chaim says this alone is a good reason why the Palestinians don’t deserve a state of their own right next to Israel which will allow them to continue their endless war against the world’s one and only Jewish State. He asks his viewers to join him in praying for the hostages to be returned safely and for the people of Israel to be comforted.

He concludes by quoting Jeremiah 20:11; But the Lord is with me as a mighty, awesome One. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.
