(Day 548) Swords of Iron – “Hamas is Raining Rockets on Israel”

Chaim starts out by talking about the barrage of ten rockets fired by Hamas at Ashdod and Ashkelon on Sunday evening. He says that Hamas must be forced to take responsability for starting this war and they must also surrender now that they’ve lost the war so it can end.

He then goes on to talk about the 36th Division, the “pros” of the IDF, who are moving into the Morag Corridor to clean up the Hamas terrorists who continue to try and use this area to threaten Israel.

Chaim then switches gears, talking about the threats America is making to attack Iran to finally shut down their nuclear weapons program. Iran is threatening anyone who assists America and Israel with destruction. This includes the Arab countries but also Turkey, which has a very serious military that it can, if it so chooses, use to push back against Iranian threats.

The US also sent a C-5M SuperGalaxy cargo aircraft full of gear to Israel in recent days, including a second THAAD system meant to defend against ballistic missile attacks.

America and Israel are doing many other things to prepare for the Iranian threats and Iran seems to be making preparations for a confrontation as well. Chaim says they’re playing with fire, and that’s always a mistake. In this context, he quotes Obadiah 1:18; The house of Jacob shall be a fire, And the house of Joseph a flame; But the house of Esau shall be stubble; They shall kindle them and devour them, And no survivor shall remain of the house of Esau,” For the LORD has spoken.
