(Day 600) Swords of Iron – “Nuclear Bombs”

Chaim starts by simply acknowledging the fact that it has been 600 days since this war started with the Hamas massacre of October 7th, 2023.

He then says that it is official that there are four stations where Gazan residents are able to get humanitarian aid without having to go through Hamas. This is part of the plan behind Operation Gideon’s Chariots and that plan is proceeding fairly well. IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has said he expects to have full control of 75% of the Gaza Strip within two months, allowing the civilian population to get what it needs and allowing Hamas to be completely destroyed.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Air Force has struck the Houthis in Yemen once again, putting the international airport in Sanaa out of commission and destroying the last of the aircraft the Houthis were able to use to smuggle weapons into the country from Iran. This is also being done as a deterrent, to let the Houthis and everyone else know that if they attack Israel, there will be devestating consequences.

However, Chaim says that the Houthis are just a symptom of a much bigger problem, and the source of that much bigger problem is in Iran. Chaim mentions reports that US intelligence believes Israel is close to striking Iran’s nuclear sites independently, and he says he doesn’t know where these reports are coming from but he knows that there are forces trying to drive a wedge between Israel and the US and he hopes they don’t succeed.

However, in the meantime, there is a growing certainty that there must be a confrontation with Iran, which is forming an ever-closer relationship with Russia, China and other malign actors in the world. Iran is not detered from pursuing nucelar weapons, despite all the efforts by the Americans and other countries to try and dissuade them from doing so. Chaim says that amidst all this uncertainty, we should look for reassurance to the Word of God. In this context, he quotes Deuteronomy 33:29; Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord, the shield of your help and the sword of your majesty! Your enemies shall submit to you,

and you shall tread down their high places.”

Chaim concludes the video by reminding his viewers that this war is not over yet and many reservists don’t have the equipment they need to carry out their missions safely. He appeals for funds to help the Aliyah Return Center buy night vision goggles for soldiers who need them to operate in the dangerous conditions that they get sent into to defend the People and Land of Israel.
