Chaim starts by acknowledging that these are difficult times in Israel, with incoming ballistic missiles and drones, cruise missiles and other weapons. Hundreds of people have been rendered homeless and at least 25 have been killed, while many more have been wounded. Israelis have had to run to their bomb shelters on several occasions over the past five days, and sometimes we have to stay there for extended periods, but it’s very important for us to stay safe.
Chaim says the Aliyah Return Center has launched a project to help find places for people to live and he thanks his viewers for supporting this project.
As difficult as it all is, Israel has something to show for it. The IDF has achieved full air superiority over the skies of western Iran, up to and including the capital city of Tehran. Israel has also managed to assassinate most of the senior leadership of the IRGC and the Iranian military, as well as several key nuclear scientists and many more important regime figures. Last but certainly not least, the IDF has destroyed almost 40% of the launchers that were needed to fire ballistic missiles at Israel and has also annihilated Iran’s air defense network and many other strategic weapons. Great damage has also been done to Iran’s nuclear enterprise, including the Natanz enrichment facility.
Iran is stubbornly refusing to admit that they’ve bene beaten and refusing even to re-enter negotiations to try and save something, as US President Donald Trump is urging them to do. Instead they say they’re going to keep firing ballistic missiles at Israel, which they’re able to do with decreasing frequency and effectiveness, but they seem to think that’s going to convince Israel and the Americans to back off and let them keep doing whatever they want.
They’ve also been putting out laughably fake videos of shot down US and Israeli aircraft to try and convince the world that they’re actually winning this war. The truth is that no Israeli or US aircraft have been shot down over Iran.
Chaim says it feels like a miraculous victory comparable to the Six Day War.
Iran’s leaders and senior, most capable terror operatives are being taken out one after the other.
Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Karz has urged the residents of Teheran to leave the city in order to spare their own lives as the IDF must continue pounding the regime but doesn’t want to harm innocent civilians. Millions of people have in fact tried to evacuate the city, leading to terrible traffic jams on all the main roads and highways.
Chaim also says that several world governments who have criticized and even condemned Israel’s attack on Iran are ignoring the fact that Israel can’t live with the threats from a nuclear Iran.
For that matter, the threats from a conventionally armed Iran are proving tough for Israel to deal with. These days Chaim is spending a lot of time repairing the damage done by these missiles to his own sister’s house and the homes of other people he knows in cities and towns all over Israel.
There have also been large numbers of people who needed to be evacuated from their homes which were damaged or destroyed. The Aliyah Return Center is busy helping those people, and Chaim asks his viewers to support this effort.
He also talks about the G7 Summit in Canada, where some world leaders spoke out forcefully in support of Israel and against Iran’s efforts to build a nuclear arsenal. At the same time, Chaim says that there are good reasons to believe that the US military is about to join the attack against Iran, and that’s important because without the GBU-57 bunker busters that only the B-2 bombers of the USAF can lift, the nuclear facility at Fordow will not be taken out.
But even before the US enters the war, Israel is winning. Iran’s military has been devestated and their civilian population is getting more and more unhappy with the regime. Chaim says there’s a chance that there will be an uprising that finally takes down this regime, which has been deeply unpopular for decades.
While all this is going on in Iran, Israel quietly took out one of the most important Houthi war chieftens and there are still ongoing operations in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria. So Chaim says he wants to take this opportunity to thank God for all that He is doing for Israel in this difficult season.
Of course, there’s a price to pay and Chaim once again acknowledges the killed, wounded, displaced and otherwise affected by all this.
He also once again thanks those who are supporting the work of the Aliyah Return Center’s emergency aid initiative.
Chaim concludes by quoting I Samuel 17:45; Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.
