(Day 625) Swords of Iron – “Kaboom!”

Chaim starts by cheering on the announcement by US President Donald Trump that the US has joined the war against Iran’s nuclear program, defending the free world against one of its most dangerous enemies by destroying the Fordow, Isfahan and Natanz nuclear facilities.

The video briefly shows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his press statement where he thanks President Trump and America for taking this action.

Chaim adds his own words of thanks, saying “teamwork makes the dream work for the free world” and saying that the teamwork must continue because Iran has responded by increasing their missile bombardments of Israel and threatening to take other actions which would be problematic for the whole world, including its few remaining friends.

The threats Iran is making include a threat to attack US military bases and diplomatic missions in the Middle East and possibly further afield, including the possible activation of terrorist sleeper cells in the US itself.

But the main threat continues to be ballistic missiles launched by Iran against Israeli cities and civilian neighborhoods. About ten percent of the missiles Iran has fired at Israel so far have penetrated the air defense system and impacted in Israeli cities. This has caused some casualties and over 4 billion shekels worth of property damage. Chaim says that the Israeli Air Force has taken out over 55% of the ballistic missile launchers that Iran had at the beginning of Operation Rising Lion, and soon they won’t have any more capability to fire missiles at Israel, but for now, Israelis must remain close to bomb shelters in order to be safe from attacks when they come.

Chaim mentions that, ironically, IDF soldiers don’t always have bomb shelters to run to when an Iranian ballistic missile comes, and he asks his viewers to keep these soldiers in prayer. He also says that they managed to retrieve the remains of three more hostages who died in captivity over the weekend. This news is not getting as much attention as it might have before the war against Iran started, but it’s still notable. The families of these hostages can now have some closure as they give their loved ones a respectful burial.

However, there are still problems, and Israel is the only country in the world which has had 700 ballistic missiles fired at it in the last week. Chaim also mentions that Israel must stay on guard against the possability that Hezbollah will get back into this fight and attack Israel from the north. They’ve been set back a lot, but they’re still out there and they’re still a threat.

Chaim also mentions that Iran is targetting hospitals, including Ichalov hospital in Tel Aviv, where one of Chaim’s children was born.

Beyond that, Israel’s airspace is closed to civilian airliners, meaning tourism is at a complete standstill. There are many other problems, but Chaim believes Israel will prevail and in this context, he concludes the video by quoting Psalms 44:5; Through You we will push down our enemies; through Your name we will trample those who rise up against us.
