Chaim starts by saying that it’s a privilege to be the CEO of the Aliyah Return Center because it allows him to, among other things, bring support to devastated Israeli communities that have been hit hard by this war. He is filming this video in front of a building in Ramat Gan that was hit my Iranian missiles in June, and will need to be demolished so a new building can be built on that spot. There are many more buildings like this, and entire neighborhoods that will need to be repaired and rebuilt. Chaim asks his viewers to dig deep to send support for these efforts because Israel needs a lot of help right now and will continue needing it for a long time.
He also mentions the ongoing negotiations with Hamas over the release of the remaining hostages and an end to the war. Chaim says that Israel has accepted the proposals by US Envoy Steve Witkoff and it’s time for Hamas to do the same. It’s also time for Israel to stand firmly and not give in to Hamas’ attempt at blackmail and coercion.
Speaking of diplomacy, Chaim also says he’s glad the President Putin of Russia is telling Iran they need to agree to the US demand for there to be no uranium enrichment on their soil. The Iranian regime is responding with contempt and arrogance, which Chaim says is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
He also mentions the choice the Al-Jolani regime in Syria has between joining the Abraham Accords and continuing their deployment of MLRS systems in southern Syria, where they pose an unacceptable danger to the Galilee region where Chaim and his family live.
Next Chaim mentions US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee who said that Gaza could flourish but its residents need to tell Hamas that it’s time for them to go. If Hamas leaves, Hamas has a bright future, if it does not leave, the Strip will continue to be a dark and hopeless. The IDF, one way or the other, will continue to work hard to bring security back to the Gaza border communities and all of Israel.
In the meantime, Chaim thanks his viewers once again for supporting the work of the Aliyah Return Center and he says if they want to know what the future of Gaza will be, they should read Zepheniah 2:1-10; Gather yourselves together, yes, gather together, O undesirable nation,
Before the decree is issued, Or the day passes like chaff, Before the Lord’s fierce anger comes upon you, Before the day of the Lord’s anger comes upon you! Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger. For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon desolate; They shall drive out Ashdod at noonday, And Ekron shall be uprooted. Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast, the nation of the Cherethites! The word of the Lord is against you,
O Canaan, land of the Philistines: “I will destroy you; So there shall be no inhabitant.”
The seacoast shall be pastures, with shelters for shepherds and folds for flocks. The coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; They shall feed their flocks there; In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down at evening. For the Lord their God will intervene for them, and return their captives.
“I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the insults of the people of Ammon, with which they have reproached My people, and made arrogant threats against their borders. Therefore, as I live,” Says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, “Surely Moab shall be like Sodom, and the people of Ammon like Gomorrah, overrun with weeds and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation. The residue of My people shall plunder them, and the remnant of My people shall possess them.” This they shall have for their pride, because they have reproached and made arrogant threats against the people of the Lord of hosts.
He concludes by reminding his viewers to join the fast running up till the Ninth of Av, which is around the 3rd of August on the Gregorian calender.
