(Day 679) Swords of Iron – “I Will fight Against Your Enemies- God”

Chaim starts by asking his viewers to pray for him and the other IDF soldiers fighting against terrorism in Gaza and he also asks his viewers to pray for victory of good over evil.

He adds that the civilized world can’t afford to forget what terrorism is and what it means and sometimes the terrorists give us a reminder, like when an aid truck is set on fire and the driver is allowed to burn to death, as happened this past week. Chaim says this is a reminder of what we’re facing.

On a related topic, Chaim says he’s glad to hear that the Al-Jolani regime in Syria has allowed Israel to open up a humanitarian corridor to supply the Druze community in Suweida.

At the same time, Hezbollah is refusing to disarm, as the internationally recognized government of Lebanon is demanding that they do, and even threatening an apocalyptic battle against the government if they try to push the matter.

Chaim says that Israel might have to deal with Hezbollah, if the Lebanese government and Army can’t sort them out.

At the same time, Iran continues to smuggle weapons and ammunition to its proxy forces all over the Middle East, including by using smuggling routes through Somalia and other parts of the Horn of Africa and elsewhere. They’re also trying to get materials they need to continue pursuing nuclear weapons, and Israel is constantly trying to stop this from happening and so far having much success.

In this context, Chaim quotes Isaiah 49:24-26;  But thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children. I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh, and they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. All flesh shall know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
