(Day 681) Swords of Iron -“Multifaceted Operation”

Chaim starts by explaining the focus of IDF soldiers right now, which is the continuation of Operation Gideon’s Chariots, the encirclement of Gaza City, which will lead to the ultimate defeat of Hamas. He adds that it is a multi-faceted operation which will start with the evacuation of the nearly 1 million residents of the city before the IDF moves in and crushes what’s left of Hamas there.

Chaim acknowledges that it’s taking much longer than anyone would like to dismantle Hamas and the other proxies of evil that Iran has built up around Israel, but he says this is what must be pursued and completed. The government has made it clear that there will be no more partial deals, but that it needs to be a total release of all the hostages at one time.

Chaim says that at the same time, the Israeli Air Force is striking at the Houthis in Yemen, to send them a message that the ballistic missile attacks needs to stop. No country should have to put up with having weapons fired at it all the time.

Chaim also addresses a shooting attack that occurred in Crown Heights, in New York City. Chaim says that security must be increased at Jewish community centers, synagogues, etc. in Western countries because the terrorists and their sympathizers are targeting them.

Chaim then goes on to address some of the lies and false narratives that have been thrown around the internet about Israel, both ancient and modern. He says that many of these false narratives feed off people’s ignorance of history and social science.

Specifically, Chaim dismantles the myth that the Philistines mentioned in the Bible and the modern Palestinian Arabs have some connection. He talks about how the “Palestinian National Identity” was a creation of Yasser Arafat in the mid-1960s, that before that the Arabic speaking peoples of this region did not identify as a specific people group

Chaim also says that the promises of God include Gaza being a land grant to the Jewish people, and although others have occupied it over the centuries, that is the purpose God gave to it.

In this context, Chaim concludes by quoting Psalms 68:17; The chariots of God are twenty thousand, Even thousands of thousands; The Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the Holy Place.
