(Day 689) Swords of Iron – “Will They Ever Learn?”

Chaim starts by saying that the Houthis in Yemen have been hit hard by the IDF in response to all the ballistic missiles and drones they keep firing at the one democracy in the Middle East, but they just don’t seem to be getting the message that it’s time to stop.

Meanwhile, Iran is making the absurd claim that in just a few weeks, they figured out what was allowing the Israeli air defense system to shoot down most of the ballistic missiles they were firing at us during the 12 Day War in June, and now they’ve developed new missiles that can get through these defenses. They also don’t seem to have learned any lessons from the humiliating defeats that Israel has dealt them and are continuing to try and make another attempt.

Chaim also talks about the situation in Frankfurt, Germany, where activists who were holding pictures of the Israeli hostages were sprayed with red paint and otherwise harassed. Chaim says this sort of thing is happening in many places all over the world but we must not be intimidated by evil, we must continue to stand up for what’s right.

Meanwhile, Chaim says that in Syria, the IDF is disarming and arresting terrorist squads who are trying to make trouble near the border with Israel. Also, next door in Lebanon, the internationally recognized government is signalling a willingness to work with Israel to complete the work of disarming Hezbollah.

Chaim says he hopes that Israel and Lebanon can begin to work together to make the lives of people in both countries better.

But first, the IDF has called up almost 130,000 reservists for one final push to take control of Gaza City and wipe out Hamas for good. Chaim says he has faith for a full and complete victory of Biblical proportions.

Finally, Chaim concludes the video by talking about the high-level negotiations between Israeli and Syrian officials aimed at concluding a security arrangement that might later turn into cooperation in other fields. Chaim believes this is the beginning of the fulfillment of the prophecy of Isaiah 19.

In this context, Chaim quotes Jeremiah 31:11-12; For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,

And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he. Therefore, they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, streaming to the goodness of the Lord. For wheat and new wine and oil, for the young of the flock and the herd; Their souls shall be like a well-watered garden, and they shall sorrow no more at all.
