(Day 803) Swords of Iron – “Lemonade”
Chaim starts by talking a lemon off a tree and saying that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. There is great darkness in the world, but there are also lights, including Israel, the Bible, and the viewers of this video.
He then talks for a time about Hezbollah, how every effort made to get them to back off, disarm and stop threatening Israel has failed. There are some more plans to try and keep trying to get them to stand down, but Chaim expresses his pessimism that any of these plans will bring us to a better place.
However, Chaim says that the wicked might win battles but they will never win the war.
As an example, Chaim talks about the efforts to promote anti-Semitism in Europe, but in the last 24 hours, there was a great outpouring of support for Israel and the Jewish people from Dutch Christians in the Netherlands. Chaim says that this is an example that more ordinary people in Europe should follow, to not be intimidated by the anger and violence of the jihadists.
On that note, Chaim says that also in Australia recently, the police moved aggressively to stop a group of jihadists who were on their way to Bondi Beach to try and carry out a copy cat attack.
Chaim says that in the new year, 2026, the forces of civilization and righteousness are going to have to be stronger, more alert, more on guard, and more decisive.
On a related topic, Chaim says that he does not have much confidence in the idea that forces from Moslem-majority countries are going to be deployed in Gaza to take on Hamas.
Chaim says he believes that in the end, the IDF will have to go back in to finish Hamas off, because Israel is the only country that isn’t afraid of Hamas.
He compares this to the situation during the first Hanukkah, when there were only a few Maccabbees against the mighty Seleucid Empire. Chaim says that he’s seeing many modern day miracles that are in the same category as what happened back then, and in this context he thanks his supporters for allowing the Aliyah Return Center to do the work that it does.
