(Day 807) Swords of Iron – “Have they learned their lesson?”

Chaim starts by saying that the festival of Hanukkah might have ended but the phenomenon of Israel shining a light in the world hasn’t ended. It’s still protecting the free world from barbarism, but the darkness isn’t taking any breaks either. Iran is still building and testing ballistic missiles, building up their terrorist proxies in Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq, and in general continuing with plans to menace Israel.

Chaim says Israel won’t let these plans succeed, and we are already hitting terror operatives in Lebanon to preclude Hezbollah’s reemergence as a regional threat. Meanwhile, next door in Syria, the internal security apparatus of the Al-Jolani regime shut down a major smuggling route for Hezbollah, seizing hundreds of RPGs and other equipment.

But weapons smuggling efforts continue, including by groups using drones to smuggle weapons through the Jordan Valley into Israeli territory and into Judea and Samaria as well.

But there are also plans by Israel to arm, equip and train the Druze in southern Syria so that they can serve as a buffer between the jihadist forces and Israel.

Chaim also mentions the rising darkness of increased anti-Semitism in the world, and he urges his viewers to not be neutral in this battle but to stand up and speak out for the truth, for freedom and for the Bible.

In this context, he concludes by quoting Isaiah 60:19; “The sun shall no longer be your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory.”
