(Day 810) Swords of Iron – “Light of the World”

Chaim starts by saying that during this holiday season of light and joy, people should hug their families and appreciate them. He says that here in Israel, we appreciate the friends and supporters from around the world who are praying for us and supporting us and sustaining us.

We’re coming up on a season when people around the world remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus, the most famous Jew and the most famous Israeli of all time.

In this context, Chaim quotes Isaiah 9:2; The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined.

He says we’re in a time of great challenges, but also great clarity.

We’re choosing light and life over darkness and fearm and the light is shining ever brighter as we move into a new year.
