(Day 862) Swords of Iron – “Rammifications”

It’s good to be out of uniform for the weekend.

But when I hear that Ivy League students at places like Columbia are chanting slogans like “there is only one solution – intifada revolution” or calling terror tunnels “anti-colonial resistance,” I have to ask – what are we teaching the next generation? We must safeguard the future by ensuring people are educated with truth, not deception.

Look at what’s being defended. Released Israeli hostage Arbel Yehud recently testified that during 482 days in Hamas captivity, she endured near-daily sexual abuse in the tunnels and attempted suicide three times. Her ribs were broken. Another survivor, Meirav, shared that both her legs were shattered by her Hamas captors in multiple places. Anyone excusing or glorifying that is not standing for the Judeo-Christian freedoms and values the West claims to uphold.

Israel is cracking down on terror networks. Police recently arrested around 200 suspects in northern Israel tied to illegal weapons trafficking meant to fund or support attacks. That’s what law enforcement looks like.

And this isn’t isolated. Europe is struggling with similar violence. In Paris, near the Arc de Triomphe, police officers were stabbed in an Islamist attack—echoing previous incidents where attackers were arrested, released, and then struck again. French citizens are demanding accountability. You cannot allow violence and murder to go unanswered.

Iran remains a major global sponsor of terror. President Trump has said that if Iran presents a credible deal, military action can be avoided—but historically, he argues, Tehran talks without following through. That’s the concern.

Senator Lindsey Graham warned that if the Ayatollah’s regime remains in power and the West fails to back its words with action, the consequences could be disastrous in generational proportions. Credibility matters.

For Israel, ballistic missiles are a red line. I’ve walked through the rubble in Be’erSheva, Holon, Bat Yam, Tel Aviv—seen the destruction firsthand. Iran openly chants “death to Israel” and “death to America.” We have never threatened them; they threaten us. If necessary, Israel will act alone to neutralize that threat. Ballistic missiles are a red line. Offensive nuclear weapons aimed at us are a red line. We will not live under that shadow.

Psalm 121:7–8; “The Lord God of Israel will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life. The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”
