ARC Israel Updates

Chaim starts out by giving a rundown of some of the problems Israel is facing, including rockets being launched into the Galilee from Syria and Lebanon and the still very difficult fighting in the Gaza Strip. He also mentions the widening of the war to the Red Sea and potentially other theaters.

He rhetorically asks his viewers if they’ve ever felt inadequate, wondering what they can do. He says it’s time to acknowledge that we can’t do anything, but only the God of Israel can do something about the situation.

He also urges his viewers not to look for hope from the “international community” since so many people, especially young people, in Western countries are convinced that Israel and Jews are the bad guys.

He says that the IDF is very frustrated and upset about their inability to find and rescue the remaining hostages and that they’re also mourning the hostages who were accidently killed and the IDF troops who have fallen in battle in recent days.

He says that US officials are coming to Israel to coordinate diplomatic moves and also meeting with officials from Qatar and other intermediaries in other countries to try and find a way to get more hostages released. But the IDF isn’t taking a break, they’re continuing with the mission.

But Chaim says that it’s only through the God of Israel that the ultimate victory will come. He says that God is a king and His kingdom has a capital, and that is the city of Jerusalem.

Chaim quotes I Chronicles 29:11; Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all.

He challenges his viewers to ask themselves how they can align themselves with the God of Israel and be part of the victory of light over darkness. He thanks his viewers for all the help they’ve given to the Aliyah Return Center and Israel.

(Day 627) Swords of Iron – “Going Ballistic on Beersheva”

Chaim starts by lamenting the destruction in Ber Sheva that was caused by a last-minute Iranian ballistic missile strike just before the cease-fire went into effect. But, he says, he’s glad to live in a country that cares about its citizens and works hard to protect them, even if sometimes the bad guys land a blow. On that note, Chaim gives some details that are known about what happened in Ber Sheva, including the facts that the missile that struck the building was one of a wave that Iran fired and many more lives could have been lost if people had not been in their bomb shelters.

(Day 625) Swords of Iron – “Kaboom!”

Chaim starts by cheering on the announcement by US President Donald Trump that the US has joined the war against Iran’s nuclear program, defending the free world against one of its most dangerous enemies by destroying the Fordow, Isfahan and Natanz nuclear facilities.

(Day 619) Swords of Iron – “Remember We Didn’t Start This”

Chaim starts by acknowledging that these are difficult times in Israel, with incoming ballistic missiles and drones, cruise missiles and other weapons. Hundreds of people have been rendered homeless and at least 25 have been killed, while many more have been wounded. Israelis have had to run to their bomb shelters on several occasions over the past five days, and sometimes we have to stay there for extended periods, but it’s very important for us to stay safe.
