Update (Day 883) Swords of Iron-Roaring Lion “It’s widening”
Over a week has passed since the launch of Operation Roaring Lion / Epic Fury, an effort aimed at dismantling the central command of a vast network of terror. The Iranian regime has long acted as the head of an octopus—funding, arming, and directing proxy groups that destabilize the Middle East while openly threatening Israel and the West with nuclear destruction.
For Israelis, the war is a daily reality.
Across the country, millions of people are living within reach of or even in bomb shelters as wave after wave of Iranian missiles strike Israeli cities and towns. Families are awakened at all hours by sirens, children are frightened and traumatized by the constant threat.
The toll is already significant. Reports indicate that more than 1,500 people have been injured and at least 13 killed after roughly 128 waves of attacks involving more than 200 ballistic missiles. Entire neighborhoods have been disrupted, and more than 2,800 people have been forced to evacuate their homes.
In moments like these, practical help matters. Relief efforts are focused on meeting the immediate needs of displaced families, including food and daily essentials. One of the most effective tools has been supermarket vouchers—simple gift cards that allow families to purchase the basics they need to get through each day.
Give today to help provide these resources. Even a single donation of $100 can help a family facing sudden displacement and uncertainty.
At the same time, the military campaign continues. Israeli forces have reportedly targeted key Iranian assets, including aircraft tied to the Revolutionary Guards and naval vessels linked to Iran’s military operations. Strikes have also been reported near nuclear facilities in Isfahan, reflecting a broader effort to prevent Iran from achieving the nuclear capability it has long pursued.
Security concerns are expanding beyond the immediate battlefield. Authorities have detained several Azerbaijani nationals connected to a plot targeting a pipeline that services Israeli oil imports, highlighting the wider network of threats facing the region.
Fighting has intensified in Lebanon as well, with continued missile fire from the north and retaliatory strikes near Beirut.
For many supporters of Israel, the stakes could not be higher. This is seen not merely as another round of conflict, but as a defining moment—an opportunity to dismantle terror infrastructure and confront threats that have loomed for decades.
In times like these, we turn to faith for strength.
Deuteronomy 31:6 says; “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.”
History is often shaped in moments of crisis. For those standing with Israel today, the call is clear: remain strong, support those in need, and stand firmly on the side of those defending life and freedom against terror, tyranny, and death.
