Update (Day 909) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Passover Miracles”
Passover—and our heroes are still on the front lines, while missiles continue to rain down. And what we’re seeing is nothing short of ongoing miracles, just like the miracles of old.
Petah Tikva was hit, and nobody was hurt. Nobody. Is that not a miracle? A half-ton warhead exploded in an open area right near the city. Security officials said that if it had deviated just a few meters either way, it would have been a direct hit on residential buildings—causing massive destruction and many casualties. The blast destroyed several storage facilities at a factory, but again—no injuries were reported.
I’ll say it again: no injuries.
Passover miracles—we need them. And we must keep striking hard against this terrorist regime and its infrastructure—and that’s exactly what’s happening. An ammunition depot in Isfahan was struck, along with a key highway bridge connecting Tehran to Karaj. That bridge is part of a major logistical network used to transport missiles and other infrastructure, and now it’s shut down.
Iran has fired about 20 ballistic missiles at Israel in just 24 hours over the Passover holiday. That’s a major escalation. Explosions are constant. People are running in and out of bomb shelters, not sleeping. It’s a sleepless country right now.
According to the military, about half the missiles were intercepted; others landed in open areas. Not all can be stopped. There’s also concern that many more are coming—but Israel has managed to disrupt some launches, even taking out launchers before they fired.
The Israeli Air Force has targeted around 50 sites tied to ballistic missile infrastructure, dropping more than 140 munitions—just in this latest wave.
Meanwhile, Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, sent an open letter to the American people that sounds like a call to negotiate. He says this is a costly war and that a resolution is needed, though he offers no concrete steps. It’s unclear whether Iran is truly seeking negotiations.
There are also conflicting messages. Some say Iran wants talks; others claim that Iran has never initiated war, only defended itself—which is hard to take seriously.
Ultimately, real power lies elsewhere. The supreme leadership holds far more authority than the president, and the IRGC continues to wield significant influence. So it’s unclear what will come of proposed peace efforts or plans being discussed.
Some reported positions—like closing all American bases or them maintaining full control over key strategic waterways—are unlikely to be accepted. The same goes for preserving their nuclear program unchanged. These are major sticking points.
So we watch and wait.
And we stay strong.
Exodus 12:42 reminds us: it was a night of watching—when God brought the people of Israel out of Egypt. That same night is remembered as a night of vigilance for generations.
So friends, keep watching. Keep praying. Keep standing with Israel.
