Update (Day 934) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Psychological Warfare”

It’s a dangerous ordeal—putting your life on the line day after day for our boys and girls in green defending southern Lebanon. The reality is intense: the smell of explosives, diesel, the grind of machinery—it’s all very real.

Recently, a Hezbollah explosive drone struck near our troops as they were evacuating wounded soldiers. A tank from the 77th Battalion had gotten stuck in Taibeh, inside Israel’s security zone. As troops worked to repair it, the drone hit nearby, killing Sergeant Idan Fuchs and wounding six others, four seriously.

A rescue helicopter arrived quickly—these operations are incredibly precise. But during the evacuation, Hezbollah launched two more drones. One was intercepted; the second exploded near the troops, forcing the helicopter to pull out fast to avoid further casualties. That’s the reality—seconds matter. Constant alertness is everything.

Meanwhile, Iran—the “head of the octopus”—has yet to back down. Their foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, is in St. Petersburg seeking support from Russia as talks with the U.S. stall. America is done being misled. Military cargo is now flowing through Ben Gurion Airport—C-17s, C-5s—bringing supplies, weapons, and reinforcements into the region, especially as U.S. bases like those in Bahrain have taken hits.

As for Gaza—this isn’t over. There are still tunnels to dismantle and terrorist infrastructure to destroy. So far, 14 kilometers of tunnels have been cleared, and about 70 terrorists eliminated in northern Gaza. The Yahalom unit continues critical work dismantling Hamas operations, especially near Beit Hanoun.

These are enemies who seek the destruction of our people—our families, our children—but they will not succeed. Southern Command remains active across Gaza, maintaining security and pressure.

With tensions rising—even in the Strait of Hormuz—we’re approaching Shavuot. This is a moment to ask: where do we stand? Grounded in truth, or swayed by propaganda?

Israel is standing firm: enough is enough. Pressure must remain. Iran must not be allowed to regroup or rearm.

Remember Gideon. In Judges 7:22, just 300 men with trumpets faced an army of 135,000. By sounding their trumpets and creating confusion, the Midianite enemy turned on themselves. A small, faithful force overcame overwhelming odds.
