Update (Day 980) Swords of Iron “14 Points😅”
These are times of upheaval and tension here in the Middle East.
On one side, Iran is threatening America. Major General Ali Abdollahi warned that if the United States strikes again, “the flames of war” will spread. He warned them not to touch Iran’s oil infrastructure. Back off—or else.
On the other side, America is reportedly preparing for the possible seizure of Kharg Island, a strategic oil hub near the Strait of Hormuz. If taken, it could cripple Iran’s ability to move oil. But Iran has reportedly reinforced the island with troops, air-defense systems, surface-to-air missiles, and mines. It would be high risk—but it could also be a tipping point.
Right now, everyone is in limbo. Is America preparing to strike? Is it trying to pressure Iran into a deal? I don’t know.
Reports say Israel has been told to stand down for now—that we have a red light, not a green light. We are ready and positioned to remove the threat, but we are also coordinated with America. If America acts, Israel is ready.
Behind the scenes, there is a lot at stake. Gulf investments, oil markets, China’s dependence on Iranian oil, American military assets in the region, and the future of global shipping all hang in the balance.
Now everyone is watching this alleged 14-point draft memorandum. It is only a draft, reportedly leaked by a source close to the Iranian negotiating team, but if accurate, it raises serious concerns.
It calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon. But Israel is not engaging in “hostilities” for sport—we are defending ourselves from Hezbollah terrorists in southern Lebanon.
It reportedly demands that America respect Iran’s sovereignty, lift the maritime blockade within 30 days, withdraw forces from around Iran, reopen the Strait of Hormuz under Iranian arrangements, suspend oil sanctions, and even prepare a reconstruction plan worth at least $300 billion.
Excuse me? Iran spreads terror, threatens the free world, fires missiles, funds proxies, destabilizes the region—and then demands money, sanctions relief, and international respect?
The draft also reportedly calls for 60 days of nuclear negotiations while sanctions are lifted, blocked funds are released, and America agrees not to increase forces or impose new sanctions. That is not peace. That is kicking the can down the road while rewarding aggression.
Iran’s promise under the NPT not to build nuclear weapons is not enough. We need inspections, accountability, and real dismantling of nuclear and ballistic missile capabilities.
And perhaps most troubling: final negotiations reportedly would not even begin until half of Iran’s blocked funds are released, oil sanctions are suspended, and the maritime blockade is lifted.
Isaiah 43 says: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you… When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the fire, you shall not be burned.”
