Update (Day 972) Swords of Iron “Explosive Times”
What am I seeing? A woman on a New York City train says Jewish people are eating children. Come on. Hate crimes are surging against Jewish people in New York and around the world, but now we’re seeing bizarre, ancient blood-libel lies return in modern form.
And at the same time, Iran is bombing again.
Iran struck Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Authority and Kuwait International Airport. A drone—possibly a Shahed-136—hit Terminal One, reportedly killing one person and injuring dozens. This is why Israel does what it does. We are not only defending Israel—we are defending the free world.
Lebanon’s President Joseph Aoun says he wants a ceasefire, but the problem is that he does not control his own country. Hezbollah does. Israel cannot sign peace while Hezbollah continues doing whatever it wants.
Just today, Hezbollah sent an explosive drone toward the car of the IDF Northern Command chief. Thank God no one was hurt—but the message is clear: Hezbollah remains a serious danger.
Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Naim Qassem calls negotiations with Israel “shameless” and says the “resistance” will continue as long as Israel defends itself in Lebanon. So which is it? Do they want peace, or do they want endless war?
Hezbollah also reportedly fired on a UN facility, killing UN personnel. Where is the outrage? Where is the accountability?
Wherever Israel sees the threat, we remove the threat.
In Gaza, the 252nd Brigade continues dismantling Hamas tunnels. These terror networks must be uprooted—whether in Gaza, Lebanon, or anywhere else.
It is amazing, and heartbreaking, to see how many people choose the wrong side of history. Slovenia reportedly turned away an Israeli passenger jet that needed to land in Ljubljana, refusing to accept Israel because of supposed “unacceptable ties.” This is ridiculous. Nations need to stand on the right side of history.
The United States is pushing for peace deals with Iran and Lebanon, and under U.S.-led negotiations, Israel and Lebanon have reportedly agreed in principle to a ceasefire—if Hezbollah stops firing and withdraws from the south of the Litani sector. Israel does not want to take over Lebanon. We want calm. We want security. But peace requires Hezbollah to disarm and dismantle its infrastructure across Lebanon, in line with UN Resolution 1701.
Without that, there can be no real peace.
I want to see Lebanese people come here, and Israelis go there. I want to see an Isaiah 19 reality—peace between Israel, Egypt, Assyria, and the nations of the region. But truth must come first.
Albert Einstein said the effort to strive for truth must precede all other efforts. That is why we do what we do. That is why we stand.
Joel 3:16 says, “The Lord will roar from Zion.”
Don’t mess with the Lion of Judah.
