(Day 525) Swords of Iron (Uncensored)- “Orchestration Behind the Scenes”
Chaim starts by referencing the Purim story, particularly the fact that Esther and Mordechai stood up and pushed back against the plans of the Enemy to destroy the Jewish people. He adds that this is a good time to follow this example as the world is changing fast, for better and for worse.
(Day 523) Swords of Iron – “Nuclear Clock is Ticking”
Chaim starts by talking about how happy he is to see some of the hostages released and speaking out about the conditions they endured in captivity. He says he obviously wants to see more hostages released but he doesn’t want the Israeli government to agree to a deal for the hostages to be released in exchange for things that will cause more problems in the years ahead.
(Day 522) Swords of Iron – “Compel Them”
Chaim starts by saying that the pressure is on. He then explains that Israel is putting pressure on Hamas to release the last of the hostages who were kidnapped on October 7th, 2023. The US and Israel are also teaming up to put pressure on Iran to cease their pursuit of nuclear weapons.
(Day 521) Swords of Iron – “Leave, Surrender, or Else”
Chaim starts by talking about the direst talks between US Special envoy Adam Boehler and Hamas officials, which is making some Israelis nervous while others are encouraging it. Hamas reportedly agreed with Boehler to allow an international coalition into Gaza to oversee the demolition of military infrastructure, release the remaining hostages, agree to renounce any claim on political leadership in the Strip and agree to a 5-10 year truce with Isreal during which Gaza would be rebuilt. But they will NOT agree to disarm.
(Day 520) Swords of Iron – “Maximum Pressure”
Chaim starts by talking about how the regional situation is highly unstable and there is a big question mark about whether or not fighting will resume in the Gaza Strip. If it does, there is the possibility that US troops will be deployed alongside the IDF for the first time.
(Day 519) Swords of Iron – “Julani in a suit is still ISIS”
Chaim starts by giving a shout out to the IDF forces who are patrolling in Judea and Samaria, even on Shabbat, to push back against terrorist threats there.
(Day 518) Swords of Iron – “Syrian Civil war back on?”
Chaim starts out by saying that enormous numbers of IDF reservists are being called back to uniform and undergoing training to prepare for another round of fighting in the Gaza Strip. At the same time the Houthis in Yemen are threatening to resume firing ballistic missiles at Israel and the terrorist groups backed by Iran which operate in Judea and Samaria are also ramping up their operations, including taking Indian nationals hostage. Chaim says this is not civilized behavior. The civilized world needs to step up and push back against these threats, and most of the civilized world is still in denial that there is any threat.
(Day 517) Swords of Iron – “Precariously teetering on the tipping point”
Chaim starts the video talking about how he’s on a break from the IDF, back home in Galilee, but he’s going back to the south on Sunday. He then talks about how the IDF found a terrorist explosives lab in northern Samaria and demolished it so it couldn’t be used to cook up explosives for terrorists to use against Israelis.
(Day 516) Swords of Iron – “Will they evacuate?
Chaim starts out by talking about the incoming IDF Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, who made a speech at his swearing-in ceremony in which he acknowledged the failures which led up to the massacres on October 7th, 2023, but declared that these problems will be addressed and also adding some of his own thoughts about what’s going to happen going forward.
(Day 515) Swords of Iron – “Next Chess Moves”
Chaim starts out by saying that the current back and forth between Israel and Hamas is “like a chess game” where each side makes moves and reacts to the other sides moves. He mentions the plan put forth by President Trump to evacuate the residents of Gaza and resettle them in Egypt or Indonesia or someplace else. He says that this plan is being rejected because if it went forward, a major threat to Israel’s continued existence would be removed, and although they will not admit it, many people and many governments around the world don’t want Israel to exist at all, and they don’t want this instrument they have to threaten Israel’s existence to be removed.
