Day 250 Swords of Iron – “Overview of the warfronts”

Chaim starts the video by thanking his viewers who are reading Psalms 91 over him, and he gives these prayers credit for keeping him safe amidst all the combat he’s participated in as well as training accidents which are a sadly inevitable part of any war.

He then begins to give a rundown of some of the main events of the war to dats, starting with the massive escalation that Hezbollah has initiated in the north. This has resulted in massive forest fires on both sides of the border.

Chaim also mentions the bill passed by the US House of Representatives sanctioning members of the International Criminal Court who have unfairly singled Israel out for prosecution, ignoring heinous crimes committed by dozens of other governments and terrorist groups all over the world while obsessively pursuing false accusations and charges against Israel.

Of course, there are also ongoing rocket attacks from Gaza and the IDF continues to find tunnels and weapons caches, as well as fending off attempted attacks, all over the Gaza Strip. Chaim says the terrorists are not giving up yet but the IDF is putting a lot of pressure on them and will see things through to the end.

In Judea and Samaria, there are also ongoing security operations and clashes. In almost all the areas that are administered by the Palestinian Authority, there are terrorist groups and criminal syndicates hard at work sewing chaos and terror. The PA police are either overwhelmed or in some places, they’re even complicit in this activity, and Iran is also making great efforts to smuggle weapons into these areas for use against Israel.

But, Chaim says, the main theater of operations continues to be the north, where Hezbollah’s aggression might result in a large war breaking out at any minute. The situation in Syria is also quite unstable and Iran is taking advantage of that instability to build up militias which they want to use against Israel in any future conflict. Iran itself fired a massive barrage of over 400 missiles and drones at Israel on April 14th and they have many more they could fire whenever they want to. There are also other Iranian proxy groups in Yemen, Iraq and elsewhere who are menacing Israel.

There are also Sunni jihadist groups operating in the Egyptian Sinai who are threatening Israel.

This is not to even mention the media onslought against Israel, the endless cyberattacks on Israel’s critical infrastructure and military capabilities, and the economy.

At the same time, Israel is coming under tremendous diplomatic pressure, even from our friends and allies, to find some way to end the war with Hamas and allow them to stay intact. Many of Israel’s friends just want the war and all the difficult questions it’s raising to go away, and they don’t care if Israel wins or loses anymore, they just want all the hassles it’s causing them to stop. However, a bigger war with Hezbollah now seems all but inevitable.

Beyond that, there are increasing denunciations of Israel coming from Turkey, which used to be a strong ally. Turkish President Reccep Tayyip Erdogan even called for a “global jihad” by Moslems against Israel.

Meanwhile, an elected official in Spain called for the “extermination” of Jews in that country. Spain, Ireland and Norway, as well as Slovenia, recognized a Palestinian State. A Lebanese citizen who sits on the judiciary of the International Criminal Court demanded that Israel “stop the war” even as missiles are being fired into Israel from his country. South Africa has brought lawsuits against Israel at the International Court of Justice and those lawsuits have been joined by Mexico and Egypt.

Other major powers including Brazil, Russia and China have taken hostile moves against Israel on the world stage.

But Chaim says that all of this is leading up to something very positive, and that’s a large wave of Aliyah which is already beginning. It’s being sparked by a massive surge in anti-Semitism all over the world, which the mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Lion, compared to the situation in Germany in the 1930s.

Chaim says that the Aliyah Return Center is doing its part to prepare the way for all these new immigrants who are coming, and he asks his viewers to pitch in.

He concludes by quoting Psalms 20:7-8, Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright.

(Day 876) Swords of Iron – Operation “Roaring Lion“ has begun🚨

Sirens have been heard throughout the entire nation of Israel. Everyone’s in bomb shelters. It’s official, Israel has launched a preemptive strike against Iran alongside America joining as well. Defense Minister Israel Katz has declared a national state of emergency according to the Civil Defense Law.

(Day 875) Swords of Iron – “Bomb Shelters Open”

Things are getting serious. Major cities across Israel are opening their bomb shelters. China and Canada have advised their citizens to leave Iran immediately and avoid travel there until further notice. The Israeli Ministry of Health has distributed recommendations based on lessons learned from Operation Rising Lion with Iran, including guidance for hospital staff on dry bathing, sleep regulation, and coping with a prolonged war.

(Day 874) Swords of Iron – “Failed Negotiations ”

Analysts, strategists, commentators, and advisers are all discussing the potential cost of this war. It may not remain regional; it could very soon become much larger. There are Russian and Chinese warships near Bandar Abbas, outside Iran. The question may not be when this will happen, but whether it must be done—a determination toward the goal of defending the free world.

(Day 873) Swords of Iron – “Friends in Tough Times”

In a time when friendships between Israel and our friends around the world feel strained, it is heartwarming to see Modi, the prime minister of India, meet with our prime minister. This friendship is strong, even in a tense and intense time.
