Day 295 Swords of Iron – “Reminiscing”

Chaim begins the video by talking about his memories of how things were at the beginning of this war. The scene then shifts to an interview he did with Fox News in which he declared that many people in Western countries have forgotten what it means to live with enemies who can hit them anywhere at any time.

He says the IDF is going to do what it has to do to restore security to Israelis. He talks about what it means to be a “good shepherd” he’s talking about doing what must be done to protect and defend the defenseless, including his own wife and children.

He shifts back to the present and reminds his viewers that the Hamas leadership pushed their foot soldiers to mercilessly attack Israelis, but the IDF has pushed back against these attacks and will continue to do so. He says they still find joy, even amidst all the suffering and hardship and pain.

He says he wants to encourage his viewers to remember that there is joy, even amidst the sorrows. THe best way to hold on to that joy is to look to the promises God makes to give us a better future.

The scene shifts again to a wedding that recently took place between an Israeli soldier and his bride.
