Day 424 Swords of Iron – “Volatile”
Chaim starts the video by saying how thankful he is for all of God’s blessings on his life, especially His protection over Israel. He says he definitely wouldn’t want to be in the shoes of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad right now, as the consequences for his many years of tyranny and wickedness are coming due at the moment. There are many other things going on and it seems like the world is coming back into balance. Chaim says that he’s excited to see what will happen under the leadership of US President-Elect Donald Trump.
Getting back to Assad, Chaim mentions the reports that he asked Israel for help in pushing back the jihadist groups who are threatening to take over Syria. Chaim says he’s not sure these reports are entirely accurate, but if they are confirmed, it would be an amazing turn of the wheel.
He also pushes back against accusations that Israel has violated the cease-fire with Hezbollah, saying Israel was responding to Hezbollah’s violations of the agreement.
He also says that there are many plans of the enemy that are coming undone right now, and there’s a lot of volatility, but the end results are known and will result in peace and security returning to Israel.
He mentions the work the IDF still has to do in battling Hamas and Hezbollah, and he welcomes an announcement by Canada that they’re recognizing the Houthis in Yemen as a terrorist organization. He also points out that Assad is a client of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.
He then thanks his viewers for sending the money that the Aliyah Return Center needs to buy thermal drones and other equipment that allows IDF soldiers to do their jobs more safely and efficiently.
He concludes by saying that one can find great comfort in the Biblical text, and he quotes Exodus 14:13-14; And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
