Are You Making Aliyah?

(Day 543) Swords of Iron – “Glass House?”

Chaim starts out by talking about the various factors which would be in play if a war breaks out between Iran and the US. He mentions that fact that Iran is reported to be very close to nuclear breakout capability and that they’re also threatening to close the Straight of Hormuz, which would see the price of oil increase drastically and very quickly.

He aslo mentions that massive buildup of American air power and firepower on the Indian Ocean base of Diego Garcia. He mentions some of the other American military assets in the region and says that this situation could get hot very quickly.

These tensions are also being fueled by domestic problems in Iran, including runaway inflation and economic meltdown which is adding to already white hot tensions within Iranian society.

There are also environmental problems, with millions of Iranians lacking access to fresh drinking water and electricity. Since Israel took out Iran’s air defense array in the strikes last October, there is a window of opportunity now for strikes that will take out Iran’s nuclear weapons infrastructure.

Chaim asks a rhetorical question about whether Iran will be able to control their own proxy groups under these circumstances. He points out that in Gaza, Hamas is torturing and killing the leaders of the protest movement. They’re also continuing their policy of using Gazan civilians as human shields and this has got to stop.

Chaim mentions a “pilot program” to allow 100 Gazans to go work in Indonesia and there are many other ideas in the offing.

Chaim also mentions the prayer that Jewish people pray at Passover “Next Year in Jerusalem” and he invites his viewers to support the Aliyah Return Center’s efforts to assist more Jewish people coming home to Jerusalem and the Land of Israel.

In this context, he quotes Zephaniah 3:19-20; Behold, at that time I will deal with all who afflict you; I will save the lame, and gather those who were driven out; I will appoint them for praise and fame in every land where they were put to shame. At that time I will bring you back, even at the time I gather you; For I will give you fame and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I return your captives before your eyes,” Says the Lord.

The video ends with Chaim making a direct appeal to support a Passover event for IDF soldiers.
