ARC Israel Updates

Day 321 “What if this happened in your country?”

Chaim starts out the video by saying how hypocritical it is that Yahya Sinwar, who has called on Palestinians to die for the jihad against Israel and has even said he wants his own children to die for it, is now adding a condition to the talks for a cease-fire that he be given a guarantee that Israel will not assassinate him.

He then talks about how Hezbollah has begun to increase the tempo of their rocket, missile and drone attacks into Israel. They’ve begun targetting civilian areas deliberately and Chaim has to worry about that because his wife and children as well as his brother’s family live in these areas that are being targeted.

Chaim says that Israel has gained a lot of experience and expertise in dealing with tunnels by fighting in the Gaza Strip but the Hezbollah tunnels are much more sophisticated and they’ve been dug out of solid rock, unlike the Hamas tunnels which were built in the sand.

There is a fear that they have built tunnels under the border which will allow them to infiltrate into Israel and carry out attacks in civilian areas and the IDF has been ordered to be on high alert at all times in the north. Chaim says that soldiers like him are going to have to go into southern Lebanon and take out these tunnels one by one because they are resistant to even the most powerful bunker-buster bombs Israel has.

He also talks about the evil threats and speeches being made against Israel by Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and in this context, he quotes Genesis 12:3; I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Chaim says that the enemies of Israel really need to get their heads around this verse before it’s too late for them.

He also mentions the efforts by American diplomats to push a cease-fire, but he says that even if these efforts bear fruit, there’s no guarantee that Iran won’t attack. Chaim also mentions the arsenals that the Hezbollah and IRGC forces have pointed at Israel and he also mentions the US naval forces which are engaging the Houthis in Yemen.

With all of this in mind, he says now is the time to enter into serious prayer, to bless and comfort Israel. He thanks his viewers for supporting Israel in its righteous war to defend its people and preserve their homeland so that the hostages and the soldiers have somewhere to come home to. He then concludes by saying that defending the country and retrieving the hostages are both vitally important goals.

(Day 785) Swords of Iron – “Hold On To Hope”

Chaim starts by talking about how the tunnels Hamas dug under the ground in Gaza are being found and demolished one after the other, and the terrorists that were hiding in them are either being eliminated or surrendering. Meanwhile, Chaim sees miracles happening in this war, including an incident in Syria where a bullet lodged in the helmet of a soldier instead of penetrating. These small miracles let Chaim know that we’re winning and on the right track.

(Day 783) Swords of Iron – “Battling Syrian Jihadists”

Chaim starts by describing an anti-terrorist operation that the IDF recently carried out in southern Syria which resulted in a firefight that left six IDF soldiers wounded, but over 20 terrorists were terminated. This is just one indication of the large and growing threat to Israel that is building on the northern border region. Although Syria’s interim President Abu Muhammed Al Jolani was at the White House in a suit and tie recently, it is widely understood that he is not really in full control of what happens in many places inside Syria, and the border region south of Damascus is at best semi-governed. Many terrorist groups are setting up shop there, and Israel has to contend with that issue.

(Day 782) Swords of Iron – “Happy Thanksgiving”

Chaim starts by saying that he’s addressing them from the Aliyah Return Center which is on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and the Jordan River, and he wants to say a big thank you to all the supporters of the ARC. Being grateful is a big part of who the Jewish people and the nation of Israel are, and giving thanks to God for all He has done for us is woven into the fabric of everyday life.
