(Day 826) Swords of Iron – “Iran on Highest Alert”

It’s good to be back in the Galilee, out of uniform for a moment, resting before heading back to Gaza and Lebanon. My heart is with the soldiers serving day and night. In today’s video update you can barely see the snowcapped Mount Hermon behind me, but there are soldiers up there too—training in freezing conditions. Many of you have helped support our units, and it truly means everything. Please keep doing it. Thank you.

In Jerusalem, they’re experiencing icy flooding—weather they’re not used to at all. And at the same time, look at what’s happening in Iran. The regime has brought in Arab militias to suppress a courageous uprising. These Islamist regime has colonized Iran and is now using foreign factions to crush its own people, who are simply standing up against dictatorship, terror sponsorship, and a regime built on fear.

Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) have now declared support for the Islamic regime in suppressing the protesters. May God help the Iranian people overcome this barbaric cult of death—not just for our sake, but for theirs, and for the region.

Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi recently visited Israel, prayed at the Western Wall, and stood with us, calling on the Iranian people to keep protesting. He has urged Iranian workers—especially in transportation, oil, gas, and energy—to begin a nationwide strike and shut that country down. He calls on them to reclaim public spaces, to raise the lion symbol of freedom, and to press forward toward victory. It’s powerful. It’s a call for real revolution.

He has also appealed directly to President Trump to act, as Iran approaches two weeks of internet shutdowns.

Across Iran, protesters are chanting “death to the dictator” and tearing down statues of the regime. Israel has stated clearly that if Iran moves to attack us, we may need to act preemptively. Meanwhile, Iranians themselves are sending shockwaves throughout the region—naming streets after Trump, standing openly for freedom.

At the same time, antisemitism is rising globally. Many are openly expressing support for Hamas and jihadist groups. Even political leaders are being forced to draw lines. Everything is becoming polarized—one side or the other.

And then there are developments like the UK Supreme Court ruling that Christian teaching in schools constitutes a human rights violation. That’s staggering. When antisemitism rises, it’s not just hatred of Jews—it’s hatred of goodness itself. In Hebrew, antisemitism can be understood as anti-Hashem—anti-God, anti-Good.

This is a moment where prayer must turn into action. Share this video and comment: “I stand for freedom of religion.”

Remember—God is gathering the Jewish people home. Isaiah 51 says, “The Lord has comforted Zion; He has comforted all her waste places.”
