Update (Day 872) Swords of Iron – “Unverified ASSASINATION Attempt!”

As we continue to maintain vigilance here in southern Israel, things are moving forward. There is definitely a shaking taking place. Look at the number of United States Air Force aircraft in Saudi Arabia. In the satellite photo, you can see E-3 Sentry command-and-control aircraft preparing. Across the Middle East, positioning is happening.

The people of Iran are out for another day of protests—hundreds of thousands clashing with Iranian security forces as demonstrations continue throughout the country. And what is the IRGC, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, doing? They are showcasing new combat tactics with drones and advanced technology across the Persian Gulf, southern Iran, and the islands there. It is a new round of military exercises, somewhat different in nature, along the Persian Gulf—the jugular of the West’s oil supply. They are conducting live training to demonstrate their capabilities. Operational preparedness is extremely high. Everything is in full motion.

In the middle of this, the Mujahadin Khaliq organization claims it carried out an assassination attempt at the residence of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, at the Motahari compound. They said that during a series of clashes yesterday morning, at the call to prayer, 100 to 150 mujahadin attempted to infiltrate what they called the Khamenei “spiderweb.”

Supposedly, around 100 were killed as they tried to assassinate the Supreme Leader. We do not have full information about what exactly happened. Reports say 150 mujahidin took positions in the second circle of the “spiderweb,” and many were eventually able to escape. This is reportedly where he resides, or where they believed he was. I do not know whether he was there.

People are asking what will happen. I cannot tell you the answer.

The prime minister of Lebanon has asked everyone in his country not to join a war against Israel, saying that if Iran attacks Israel, they should not join in. We are all expecting they will, most probably Hezbollah at least.

They should read Zechariah 2:8: “Whoever touches you, Israel, touches the apple of my eye.” The apple of God’s eye—the pupil of His eye—that is the promise. If you stick your finger in someone’s eye, they will not like it. That is the message: if you attack Israel, you are touching the apple of God’s eye. You do not want to do that.
