Are You Making Aliyah?

ARC Israel Updates

Chaim begins by declaring the obvious, that these are “grave times” and “everyone’s tired” and he along with many others are worried about what will come next. He mentions the rockets that are being fired at his home in Galilee and also at the capital of Jerusalem. He recounts the numbers of dead, wounded, and taken hostage.

But then he also reminds his viewers about the unity that Israelis have shown in response to the crisis. He talks about how much the enemies of Israel loved it when Israelis were at each others throats.

He reminds us of Zephaniah 3:9 which says: For then I will restore to the peoples pure lips, so that all of them may call on the name of the Lord, to serve Him shoulder to shoulder.

He laments all the lies and false accusations which have been levelled at Israel in recent days, but says he’s looking ahead to a time when pure speech will be the rule in this world rather than the exception and those who call on the Lord will serve Him in righteousness and truth. Then there will be true unity and peace, which doesn’t exist in Gaza now, but it will someday.

Chaim then asks his viewers to read Isaiah 60:1-6 with him;

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you, and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Raise your eyes all around and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried on the hip. Then you will see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and rejoice; Because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, the wealth of the nations will come to you.

Then skipping down to verse 18 Violence will not be heard again in your land, nor devastation or destruction within your borders; But you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise. No longer will you have the sun for light by day, nor will the moon give you light for brightness; But you will have the Lord as an everlasting light, and your God as your glory.”

Chaim says he looks ahead to a time when this will be the way it is in Gaza and the entire Land of Israel, where there is no more “Hamas” or “violence” in the Land.

He concludes by thanking those who are standing with Israel and the Aliyah Return Center at this time of trouble.

(Day 509) Swords of Iron – “Burying Family”

Chaim starts by talking about how the entire nation of Israel watched the funeral of Shiri Bibas and her sons Ariel and Kfir, who were murdered in cold blood after being kidnapped into the Gaza Strip on October 7th, 2023.

(Day 508) Swords of Iron – “Bibas Lifshitz Funerals”

Chaim starts out by telling his viewers that he is at Kibbutz Nir Oz for the funeral of Oded Lifchitz, whose coffin had already arrived by the time he started filming, and the coffins of Shiri Bibas and her two baby children, Ariel and Kfir, will be coming the next day.

(Day 507) Swords of Iron – “Stamp It Out”

Chaim starts by saying that Hamas fired a rocket at Israel that landed inside the Strip, which is still a violation of the cease-fire agreement.
