ARC Israel Updates

Chaim begins by reminding his viewers of the prophecy from Psalm 72:1-7, that as long as the sun and moon rotate around the Earth, God will watch over His people Israel.

Give the king Your judgments, God, and Your righteousness to the kings son. May he judge Your people with righteousness and Your afflicted with justice. May the mountains bring peace to the people, and the hills, in righteousness. May he vindicate the afflicted of the people, save the children of the needy, and crush the oppressor.

May they fear You while the sun shines, and as long as the moon shines, throughout all generations. May he come down like rain upon the mown grass, like showers that water the earth. May the righteous flourish in his days, as well as an abundance of peace, until the moon is no more.

He takes note of the new discovery that the Hamas terrorists who carried out the massacre of Israeli civilians on 7 October were high on Captagon, and further notes the wider geostrategic situation where the enemies of Israel are coming together in closer alliance with each other, while the friends of Israel are doing the same.

He notes that he and his comrades have seen a lot of things that are really horrible, but they’ve also seen a lot of unity among the Israeli people and their allies, and answers to prayers.

He then quotes Deuteronomy 25:17-19;

Remember what Amalek did to you on the way when you came out of Egypt, how he confronted you on the way and attacked among you all the stragglers at your rear when you were tired and weary; and he did not [q]fear God. So it shall come about, when the Lord your God has given you rest from all your surrounding enemies in the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance to possess, that you shall wipe out the mention of the name Amalek from under heaven; you must not forget.

He mentions that Haman, the villain from the story of Esther, was descended from the king of the Amalekites, demonstrating that this spirit of Amalek remained as a force of antagonism against Israel for generations, and it’s still an antagonist even today.

He then quotes from Deuteronomy 20:1-5; When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses, chariots, and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you. When you are approaching the battle, the priest shall come forward and speak to the people. He shall say to them, Hear, Israel, you are approaching the battle against your enemies today. Do not be fainthearted. Do not be afraid, or panic, or be terrified by them, for the Lord your God is the One who is going with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

He then reminds his viewers once again that they can join in the battle by praying against the spirit of Amalek. He lists all the things that need to be prayed for including protection for civilians and soldiers, courage, strength, and wisdom for leaders and ordinary people caught up in all this. He concludes by thanking his viewers for standing with Israel in this battle.
