ARC Israel Updates

February 2nd 2024 – Day 118

Chaim starts the video by saying that these are very difficult times and he thanks his viewers for standing in prayer with the IDF as it fights against evil, barbaric forces.

He gives some examples of the barbarism including materials that have been discovered in Hamas indoctrination centers. This, he says, shows the generations of indoctrination that Palestinians have been subjected to by their terrorist tyrants.

He says that the US appears to be ready to retaliate against Iran for its attacks on US troops in the region. He says that the IDF Home Front Command has issued a warning about serious difficulties ahead if there is a war with Hezbollah, which looks increasingly likely. If things get really bad there might be electricity blackouts for several days, water shortages and many other problems. Civilians need to be ready for all kinds of contingencies.

Schools could be closed, the internet will be down, cash withdrawals from the bank will be impossible, etc. So the IDF Home Front Command is telling civilians to have first aid kits, blankets, non-perishable food, flashlights, etc. ready to go.

Chaim says that Israel is like the canary in the coal mine and as things go in Israel, so they could start going in the whole world.

But he also quotes Psalms 9; 13-15; Have mercy on me, O Lord! Consider my trouble from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, that I may tell of all Your praise in the gates of [e]the daughter of Zion. I will rejoice in Your salvation.

The nations have sunk down in the pit which they made; In the net which they hid, their own foot is caught.

Chaim concludes by saying he “stands on these words” and he encourages his viewers to also take courage and “keep our hope on the God of Israel.”

(Day 785) Swords of Iron – “Hold On To Hope”

Chaim starts by talking about how the tunnels Hamas dug under the ground in Gaza are being found and demolished one after the other, and the terrorists that were hiding in them are either being eliminated or surrendering. Meanwhile, Chaim sees miracles happening in this war, including an incident in Syria where a bullet lodged in the helmet of a soldier instead of penetrating. These small miracles let Chaim know that we’re winning and on the right track.

(Day 783) Swords of Iron – “Battling Syrian Jihadists”

Chaim starts by describing an anti-terrorist operation that the IDF recently carried out in southern Syria which resulted in a firefight that left six IDF soldiers wounded, but over 20 terrorists were terminated. This is just one indication of the large and growing threat to Israel that is building on the northern border region. Although Syria’s interim President Abu Muhammed Al Jolani was at the White House in a suit and tie recently, it is widely understood that he is not really in full control of what happens in many places inside Syria, and the border region south of Damascus is at best semi-governed. Many terrorist groups are setting up shop there, and Israel has to contend with that issue.

(Day 782) Swords of Iron – “Happy Thanksgiving”

Chaim starts by saying that he’s addressing them from the Aliyah Return Center which is on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and the Jordan River, and he wants to say a big thank you to all the supporters of the ARC. Being grateful is a big part of who the Jewish people and the nation of Israel are, and giving thanks to God for all He has done for us is woven into the fabric of everyday life.
