ARC Israel Updates

Non-profit organizations supporting Israel soldiers want to thank all their donors for their help. NGOs rely on donations that come from kind-hearted citizens. The good thing is that every able person in Israel is standing with its soldiers. However, not everyone in society is aware of their duties towards the soldiers.

1. Emotional and Mental Health Support

Leading a difficult life far away from their families takes a toll on the emotional and mental health of soldiers. When they come back, they look for support. They need counselling and trauma recovery programs to come out of the physical and mental trauma they faced while serving the country. NGOs create support groups to help soldiers return to normal life.

2. Support for Lone Soldiers and Families

NGOs urge people to support IDF soldiers, especially those serving without immediate family in the country. They also rely on community support for housing, meals, holiday hosting, mentorship, and social integration. For families, you can provide childcare support and financial assistance during emergencies. Your support can reduce their isolation.

3. Medical, Rehabilitation, and Recovery Programs

Soldiers are the true guardians of the country. They stand guard day and night. When injured, they come back for treatment. It is the duty of all able persons to provide quality medical care and rehabilitation of injured soldiers. The medical support may include physical therapy, mobility equipment for the disabled soldiers, and long-term recovery services.

4. Education and Career Transition Assistance

Many non-profit organizations supporting Israel soldiers run educational programs, including vocational training for soldiers. They also offer scholarships to interested personnel. These programs are aimed at helping military personnel find job opportunities after serving in the army. However, the real objective is to help them lead an independent, respectful, and fulfilling life.

5. Community Building and Volunteer Engagement

NGOs create opportunities for civil society to come forward and unite to support military personnel. For example, NGOs create holiday programs for soldiers with the help of civil society. Similarly, NGOs create a sense of social responsibility and help soldiers assimilate into society.
Anyone who wants to support IDF soldiers can start donating money from today. Even a small donation can make a big difference to the lives of soldiers. However, the donation should be recurring. Many NGOs have their own products. You can buy their products and in this way promote the NGOs. You should remember that soldiers rely on their communities for mental and emotional support.

Update (Day 981) Swords of Iron “Lone Soldiers and PTSD”

Soon it will be 3 decades since I immigrated to this Promised Land—my inheritance.
Most of you have followed this journey for many years. You’ve seen the work through my channel defending Israel in the media, and the different charities helping new immigrants, Holocaust survivors, and those who need a home here in Israel.

Update (Day 980) Swords of Iron “14 Points😅”

These are times of upheaval and tension here in the Middle East.
On one side, Iran is threatening America. Major General Ali Abdollahi warned that if the United States strikes again, “the flames of war” will spread. He warned them not to touch Iran’s oil infrastructure. Back off—or else.

Update (Day 979) Swords of Iron “Judgment Day For IRGC”

Iran needs to understand something very clearly: it cannot outrun Judgment Day.
Whatever remains of its navy, air force, anti-aircraft systems, missile launchers, and terror infrastructure will be dealt with. The weapons used to train, fund, and reinforce terror around the world cannot be allowed to remain unchecked. Israel and the United States are standing together against this evil.
