ARC Israel Updates

Day 338 Swords of Iron – “Against all Odds”

Chaim starts by stating that everyone has a historical experience and Israel’s historical experience has been wonderful but also including some very sad episodes. But even the sad episodes often included an element of overcoming great odds.

He cites examples from the Bible including Moses, Joshua and Gideon, who had to be patient and trust God in all kinds of confusing and scary circumstances.

He also talks about David, facing Goliath with faith that God would give him victory.

He also mentions King Hezekiah and Elijah the Prophet, who had faith that God would allow them to overcome the great odds against them. He mentions several other heroes of the faith in the Old Testament, and then the scene shifts to him participating in Shabbat prayers with some other soldiers from his unit. The video ends with these soldiers thanking the viewers for their generosity in giving to the Aliyah Return Center so the ARC can purchase gear that makes their job much easier.

Update (Day 943) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Delusional”

Deception is really rampant, especially in the universities. A University of Michigan professor recently praised anti-Israel activists in his commencement speech after these years of violence and Trump having to step in and stop some of this violence to Jewish people.

Update (Day 942) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Dire Straits”

It is critical alert time. Israel’s military and civilian emergency alert level has been raised to the maximum because of Iran’s escalation in the Gulf. Ben Gurion Airport is not closed, but there is talk of possible closures, plane evacuations, and embassies preparing for emergency scenarios. Nothing has fully shifted yet—but things can change fast.

Update (Day 941) Swords of Iron-Lion’s Roar “Iran Chooses Escalation”

Explosions are being reported right now in the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai airport reportedly shut down and missiles said to be coming from Iran.
If true, this is a major escalation in the Gulf. The last time this Iranian regime lashed out, it hit far beyond Israel—and now it seems they may be doing it again.
