(Day 563) Swords of Iron – “Drive Terror Out”

Chaim starts by saying he remembers the day he got the call to come to his IDF reserve unit because the war was starting and he was needed. He talks about others he knows who did the same, even though many of them were very busy and had a lot going on, they all dropped what they were doing and ran to join their units. They all thought it would be a short war like so many others before it, but this war has lasted over a year and a half and there’s no end in sight.

Chaim says people ask him how it’s going and he says that Hezbollah is trying to re-arm in the north, but the IDF is stopping this. In Gaza, 80% of the hostages have been recovered, there’s hardly any rocket fire any more and Hamas has been greatly degraded in many respects. They too are tryin to rebuild, but they have lost most of their experienced leaders and operatives.

The big job ahead is clearing the remainder of tunnels, both in Gaza and in south Lebanon. Many of Iran’s other terror proxy assets have been destroyed or degraded and the Assad regime in Syria is gone. The IDF is controlling all of the Hermon Mountain and also has a buffer zone set up in southern Syria to keep the hostile and/or problematic forces away from that border.

The Barda Force in Iraq, which was another Iranian proxy, is all but disbanded. The Houthis in Yemen have been severely damaged and aren’t firing as many ballistic missiles at Israel as they used to, although there is still the occasional problem with them. The threat of terrorism in Judea and Samaria has also been largely contained thanks to aggressive sweeps by the IDF, Border Police and Shin Bet which have resulted in the elimination of over 1,000 terrorists and the arrest of many others.

Chaim says that Israel is inspiring freedom loving people all over the world, including Douglas Murray, Ben Shapiro and others, to stand up for the truth and for Judeo-Christian values. He also talks about Nate Bozalic, who posted to social media a statement quoting Psalms 138:8; The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; do not forsake the works of Your hands.

The last minute of the video is an excerpt from a speech President Trump made before leaders of Arab and Moslem nations in which he advised them to “drive the terrorists out” of their countries and their region, in order to secure a better future for their own children and the whole planet.
