(Day 711) Swords of Iron – “Fall Like Jericho”

Chaim starts by saying that in the background of his video can be seen and heard the progress of Operation Gideon’s Chariots, the final drive to take control of Gaza City and finally defeat Hamas.

He says that Israel is not going to allow itself to be the victim anymore and he says this same principle applies to Conservative people and causes all over the Western world. He gives an example of Oxford University firing an official who publicly celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk and there are many more examples of this.

However, there is a cloud over this as Israel is under an embargo of defensive equipment from almost every country in the world except the US. So Israel must produce more of its own equipment.

On that note, however, Chaim says that it is heartening to see the blossoming friendship with the US, as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visit included a visit to the City of David archeological park in Jerusalem. During this visit, Israel’s rightful claim to the city, and the Land of Israel, was affirmed.

Meanwhile, Operation Gideon’s Chariot’s B is a go, and Chaim says he believes this will bring the war to a succesful conclusion with the hostages released and Hamas crushed. He quotes Defense Minister Yisrael Katz as saying we’re not going to relent until the job is done.

Many civilian residents of Gaza City who were told by Hamas that this would not actually happen now believe it’s happening so they’re finally leaving the city in large numbers.

At the same time, Israel is striking the Houthis in Yemen again to push back against the threat they pose to shipping and freedom of passage on the high seas. Chaim says he doubts Hamas or the Houthis will surrender, so this is the time to be strong and vigilant in prayer and in action.

In this context, he concludes by quoting Isaiah 41:10; Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
