Update (Day 878) Swords of Iron-Roaring Lion – “Defend Against Hezbollah”

Wow. It’s Purim! In today’s video update I’m standing beside D9 bulldozers and tanks defending Israel—against Hamas in the south, Hezbollah in the north, and Iran behind them all. Lebanon’s Hezbollah has attacked again, firing missiles at us. We will not tolerate this anymore. The Houthis in Yemen are threatening full-scale attacks. It feels like many simply want to destroy Israel.

Yet Purim reminds us how God works in mysterious ways—and how that story ended. We won. I’ll share more about that story later, but happy Purim holiday!

It’s heartbreaking. 9 people were murdered in cold blood by the IRGC in Beit Shemesh. Missiles have struck Jerusalem, leaving craters. They are still searching through debris. Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a joint attack. I was just diving into the dirt moments ago. They are targeting civilians—using cluster munitions and suicide drones. Those are pilotless, they simply crash into their target and explode. We’re seeing it across the region.

In Kuwait, an American pilot had to eject after his plane was hit—reportedly by friendly fire. He’s injured but expected to recover. A lot is happening.

Israel has called up roughly 100,000 reservists to send a clear message to Hezbollah in Lebanon: enough is enough. The beeping pagers weren’t enough of a warning. Now they’ll understand. We will not tolerate terror. The lion is roaring—Operation Roaring Lion. America calls it Epic Fury. We are defending our northern border. We will not allow families to be driven from their homes again. It’s intensifying along the Syrian border and southern Lebanon. Troops are massing. In Gaza, we are reinforcing positions to ensure this threat does not return.

Projectile fire from the north continues. The Israeli Air Force has intercepted incoming rockets. So far, Hezbollah’s missiles have not caused fatalities, but we will ensure this does not become routine. The IDF will act to remove any threat Hezbollah poses to Israel.

We’ve asked 53 villages in southern Lebanon to evacuate to avoid harm. This is how we operate: we warn civilians to leave because we are targeting terrorist infrastructure and weapons stockpiles. Just as we have moved against the IRGC, we will not allow their ballistic missile arsenal to stand.

In Esther 9:1, on the 13th of Adar—the very day meant for our destruction—the opposite happened. The Jews gained power over their enemies. Isaiah 13:13 says God will shake the heavens and the earth in the day of His fierce anger. I believe we are witnessing shaking.

I also believe the Abraham Accords will endure, that reasonable voices will rise and reckless ones fall silent. God is fighting for us. Stand with Israel. And if you can, give $100 via the link below to help us support and lift morale for the heroes on the front lines.
